実施例２
酸化ステップは実施例１の記載と同一である。しかし、反応器から連続的に回収された酸化反応媒体を理論段数１０である振動段抽出カラム中へ供給した。抽出カラムを温度１００℃で圧力５ｂａｒ下で操作した。
カラムへ、酸化反応媒体を、温度１００℃で圧力５ｂａｒ下、１．１１ｋｇ／ｈのｔ−ＢＢＡ及び１．０９ｋｇ／ｈのアジピン酸供給に対応する流速で、中間段階（第５段）のレベルで供給した。
カラムへは又、カラム頭部へ流速１．６２ｋｇ／ｈで水を供給し、カラム下部へ流速１．０４ｋｇ／ｈでシクロヘキサン流を供給した。
カラム頭部で回収された有機相は、１．１１ｋｇ／ｈのｔ−ＢＢＡ、１．０４ｋｇ／ｈのシクロヘキサン及び０．００７ｋｇ／ｈのアジピン酸を含有していた。
カラム下部で回収された水相は、０．００１ｋｇ／ｈのｔ−ＢＢＡ、１．６２ｋｇ／ｈの水及び１．０８３ｋｇ／ｈのアジピン酸を含有していた。
これらの実施は、本発明の製造方法は、事実上全ての形成されたアジピン酸を酸化溶媒の共留なしに抽出することを可能とすることを明らかにした。実際、上記溶媒はほとんど全部が有機相中に存在し、精製後に好ましくリサイクルできる。
更に、いくつかのアジピン酸は、エステルの形体で有機相中で共留できる。これらは酸化溶媒のリサイクル前に処理されてもよい。
酸化ステップは実施例１の記載と同一である。しかし、反応器から連続的に回収された酸化反応媒体を理論段数１０である振動段抽出カラム中へ供給した。抽出カラムを温度１００℃で圧力５ｂａｒ下で操作した。
カラムへ、酸化反応媒体を、温度１００℃で圧力５ｂａｒ下、１．１１ｋｇ／ｈのｔ−ＢＢＡ及び１．０９ｋｇ／ｈのアジピン酸供給に対応する流速で、中間段階（第５段）のレベルで供給した。
カラムへは又、カラム頭部へ流速１．６２ｋｇ／ｈで水を供給し、カラム下部へ流速１．０４ｋｇ／ｈでシクロヘキサン流を供給した。
カラム頭部で回収された有機相は、１．１１ｋｇ／ｈのｔ−ＢＢＡ、１．０４ｋｇ／ｈのシクロヘキサン及び０．００７ｋｇ／ｈのアジピン酸を含有していた。
カラム下部で回収された水相は、０．００１ｋｇ／ｈのｔ−ＢＢＡ、１．６２ｋｇ／ｈの水及び１．０８３ｋｇ／ｈのアジピン酸を含有していた。
これらの実施は、本発明の製造方法は、事実上全ての形成されたアジピン酸を酸化溶媒の共留なしに抽出することを可能とすることを明らかにした。実際、上記溶媒はほとんど全部が有機相中に存在し、精製後に好ましくリサイクルできる。
更に、いくつかのアジピン酸は、エステルの形体で有機相中で共留できる。これらは酸化溶媒のリサイクル前に処理されてもよい。
