Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 基端と、先端と、ワイヤガイドルーメンと、を有するシャフトであって、該ワイヤガイドルーメンが該シャフトの少なくとも一部を通って延びているシャフトと;

該カテーテルが、先端ポートと基端ポートの間に延びるワーキングチャンネルを有する内視鏡と共に使用できるようになされ、該カテーテルの先端と該ワーキングチャンネルの先端ポートとが実質的に整合するように該カテーテルが該ワーキングチャンネルを通して位置決めされたときに、該複数の中間ワイヤガイドアクセスポートは、内視鏡の外側からアクセスすることのできるカテーテル。 - 更に、該カテーテルの先端に医療処置を施すための手段を備え、該手段が医療処置を施すためにワーキングチャンネルの先端ポートから最適な長さ離れて位置決めされるように該カテーテルが該ワーキングチャンネルの中に位置決めされたときに、該複数の中間ワイヤガイドアクセスポートのうちの少なくとも1つが、内視鏡のワーキングチャンネルの基端ポート付近にある請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 該カテーテルは、一部が該カテーテルの外部に延びる圧迫部材を含み、医療処置を施すための該手段は、該カテーテルの外部に延びる該圧迫部材の一部を有し、該カテーテルの外部に延びる該圧迫部材の該一部が該内視鏡のワーキングチャンネルの先端ポートの外側で該先端ポートに隣接するときに、該複数の中間ワイヤガイドアクセスポートのうちの少なくとも1つが、該内視鏡のワーキングチャンネルの基端ポート付近にある請求項2に記載のカテーテル。
- 該医療処置を施すための手段が、括約筋切開器具を有する請求項2又は3に記載のカテーテル。
- 該医療処置を施すための手段が、拡張バルーンを有する請求項2に記載のカテーテル。
- 該医療処置を施すための手段が、灌流用カテーテルを有する請求項2に記載のカテーテル。
- 該医療処置を施すための手段が、電気外科用プローブを有する請求項2に記載のカテーテル。
- 該医療処置を施すための手段が、切除鉗子を有する請求項2に記載のカテーテル。
- 該医療処置を施すための手段が、組織採取器具を有する請求項2に記載のカテーテル。
- 更に、該複数の中間ワイヤガイドアクセスポートのうちの少なくとも1つに隣接する少なくとも1つのマーカーを有する、上述の請求項のいずれかに記載のカテーテル。
- 該カテーテルシャフトが、更に基端側半分部分と先端側半分部分とを有し、該複数の中間ワイヤガイドアクセスポートのうちの2つが該カテーテルシャフトの基端側半分部分にそれぞれ離されて配置されている、上述の請求項のいずれかに記載のカテーテル。
- 該複数の中間ワイヤガイドアクセスポートのうちの少なくとも1つが該カテーテルシャフトの基端から約50cmから約56cmの位置にある、上述の請求項のいずれかに記載のカテーテル。
- 該複数の中間ワイヤガイドアクセスポートのうちの2つがそれぞれ、該カテーテルシャフト上において、該カテーテルシャフトの基端から約50cmから約56cmの範囲内で離れた位置にある、上述の請求項のいずれかに記載のカテーテル。
- 該複数の中間ワイヤガイドアクセスポートのうちの少なくとも1つが該カテーテルシャフトの先端から約144cmから約150cmの位置にある、上述の請求項のいずれかに記載のカテーテル。
- 該複数の中間ワイヤガイドアクセスポートのうちの2つがそれぞれ、該カテーテルシャフト上において、該カテーテルシャフトの先端ポートから約144cmから約150cmの範囲内で離れた位置にある、上述の請求項いずれかに記載のカテーテル。
- 該複数の中間ワイヤガイドアクセスポートが、該カテーテルシャフトの先端から少なくとも約150cmの位置にある請求項1−13のいずれかに記載のカテーテル。
- 更に、該複数の中間ワイヤガイドアクセスポートの少なくとも1つへのアクセスを可能にし、また制限するための少なくとも1つの摺動可能なスリーブを有する、上述の請求項のいずれかに記載のカテーテル。
- 該カテーテルシャフトは、胆管系で内視鏡的処置を施すために十分な長さを有し、該ワイヤガイドルーメンは、基端ワイヤガイドポートと先端ワイヤガイドポートの間で該シャフトの中を通って伸び、該複数の中間ワイヤガイドアクセスポートは、該基端ワイヤガイドポートの先端から実質的な距離に、そして先端ワイヤガイドポートの基端から実質的な距離に位置し、少なくとも1つの摺動可能なスリーブは、該カテーテルシャフトに沿って配置され、該カテーテルの外部から該複数の中間ワイヤガイドアクセスポートのうちの少なくとも1つを通ってアクセスすることを制限する第1位置と、アクセスが制限されていない第2位置との間で可動である請求項17に記載のカテーテル。
