Abstract
Description
・lは、溶液を通して受けた光量の測定値であり、
・10は、その溶液の中に照射した光量であり、
・Lは、その光が通った光路の長さであり、
・Cは、生成した錯体の濃度であり、
・kは、その測定装置と、分析対象である溶液のモル吸収係数とに関連のある定数である。
・C0は、測定基準値と呼ばれるものであり、
・Kは、測定値の傾きであり、
・l0は、照射した光の強度の測定値であり、
・lは、その溶液を通して受けた光の強度の測定値である。
・該測定に必要な試薬を含むが二酸化珪素は含まない溶液の吸光量を測定し、それにより目盛りの基点を決定して、つぎにその装置の測定範囲内における高濃度の二酸化珪素の溶液による吸光量を測定し、それにより傾きを決定する。
・二酸化珪素の、濃度が既知である二つの溶液の吸光量を測定する。
・l0は、構成単位内に存在する溶液に応じた光量の測定値であり、
・l1は、標準合致溶液1の既知の濃度であり、
・l2は、標準合致溶液2の既知の濃度であり、
・Xは二酸化珪素濃度の低い調整された溶液1及び2の濃度であって、その濃度は未知である
・着色により、そして場合によっては試薬の濁り度から生じる吸光を補正し、
・モリブデン酸塩溶液中に含まれる二酸化珪素から形成される青い珪モリブデン錯体により生じる吸光を補正し、
・目盛りの基点の標準合致に役立つ調整時点での水中に含まれる二酸化珪素が、反応したり青い珪モリブデン錯体を形成したりしないようにすることができる。
・モリブデン酸ナトリウム、4水和物 35g
・硫酸水素ナトリウム、1水和物 80g
・無水硫酸水素ナトリウム 70g
・濃硫酸 25g
・濃硫酸 12.5g
・モール塩(硫酸鉄アンモニウム、6水和物) 20g
Claims (1)
- 比色定量法によって分析しようとする二酸化珪素溶液のサンプル中に含まれる二酸化珪素の量を測定する装置の目盛りの基点を標準に合致させるための方法であり、その比色定量法というのは、前記サンプル中に、モリブデン酸塩溶液、現像液、試薬を導入することから成り、前記分析対象の二酸化珪素溶液サンプルの中に、まず前記現像液つぎに前記モリブデン酸塩溶液そして最後に前記還元剤を導入するということを特徴とする標準合致方法。
