Abstract
【解決手段】複数の誘導コイル(14a〜14f)によるワークピース(12)の勾配誘導加熱もしくは勾配誘導融解のための装置及び方法が提供される。各誘導コイルは電源供給部(16a〜16f)に接続され、電源供給部は、インバータ(62)の入力部の両端に接続される同調コンデンサを有し得る。複数の誘導コイルは、ワークピースの周囲にシーケンシャルに配置される。インバータはパルス幅変調交流出力部を有し、パルス幅変調交流出力部は、全電源供給部間の制御ラインを介して他の電源供給部のパルス幅変調交流出力部と同期制御状態となる。

Claims (16)
- ワークピースの勾配誘導加熱もしくは勾配誘導融解のための装置であって、
ワークピースの周囲に順次配置される複数の誘導コイルと、
各誘導コイルのための電源供給部であって、関連する誘導コイルに接続される調整可能なパルス幅変調交流出力部を有するインバータを備えた電源供給部と、
電源供給部のパルス幅変調交流出力部を同期制御するために電源供給部間に接続される制御ラインとを備えた装置。 - 前記インバータの少なくとも一つは、該インバータの入力部の両端に接続される同調コンデンサを有する請求項1の装置。
- 前記複数の誘導コイルは、密に巻かれたソレノイド誘導コイルであり、かつ隣り合うコイル間の短絡を防ぐため、絶縁離隔を持って互いに隣接配置される請求項1の装置。
- 前記ワークピースは、るつぼ内に配置される導電性材料からなる請求項1の装置。
- 前記ワークピースはサセプタからなる請求項1の装置。
- ワークピースの勾配誘導加熱もしくは勾配誘導融解のための装置であって、
ワークピースの周囲に順次配置される二以上の誘導コイルと、
各誘導コイルのためのインバータであって、各インバータが、少なくとも四つの固定スイッチング素子を備え、かつ関連する誘導コイルに接続されるパルス幅変調交流出力部を有するインバータと、
インバータの前記スイッチング素子を制御する、各インバータに関連するコントローラと、
インバータの前記出力部を同期制御するためにインバータ間に接続される制御ラインとを備えた装置。 - 前記インバータの少なくとも一つは、該インバータの入力部の両端に接続される同調コンデンサを有する請求項6の装置。
- 前記複数の誘導コイルは、密に巻かれたソレノイド誘導コイルであり、かつ隣り合うコイル間の短絡を防ぐため、絶縁離隔を持って互いに隣接する請求項6の装置。
- 前記ワークピースは、るつぼ内に配置される導電性材料からなる請求項6の装置。
- 前記ワークピースはサセプタからなる請求項6の装置。
- 誘導によるワークピースの勾配加熱もしくは勾配融解の方法であって、
複数の誘導コイルそれぞれに磁場を誘導するため、複数のインバータの出力部から該複数の誘導コイルへとパルス幅変調交流電力を供給する工程であって、複数の誘導コイルそれぞれが複数のインバータの一つの出力部に排他的に接続される当該工程と、
各誘導コイルにおいて発生した前記磁場の領域にワークピースを導入する工程と、
各インバータのパルス幅変調交流出力を変える工程とを含む方法。 - 前記複数のインバータの少なくとも一つの入力部の両端に同調コンデンサを挿入する工程を更に含む請求項11の方法。
- 前記複数のインバータの出力部からのパルス幅変調交流電力を同期させる工程を更に含む請求項11の方法。
- 前記複数のインバータの出力部からのパルス幅変調交流電力を同期させるため、該複数のインバータ間に制御信号を直列に送る工程を更に含む請求項13の方法。
- 前記制御信号は、複数のインバータの一つにおいて発生するマスタ制御信号であって、残りのインバータへの直列伝達のためのマスタ制御信号からなる請求項14の方法。
- 前記複数のインバータの一つが、前記マスタ制御信号が発生する複数のインバータの一つに直列に異常制御信号を発生させる工程を更に含む請求項15の方法。
