Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の燃料電池システムは、酸素と水素を供給される燃料電池(1)と、燃料電池(1)へ水素を送り出す、燃焼器(3)が設けられたリフォーマ(2)と、燃料電池(1)と燃焼器(3)から出るガスを回収して水を抽出し、上記水をリフォーマ(2)へ送る水凝縮装置(4)を含む。この水凝縮装置(4)は、燃料電池(1)から出るガスを入口で受ける熱回収器(24)と、熱回収器と連通するコンデンサ(25)を含み、熱回収器は、燃料電池(1)または燃焼器(3)から出るガスを冷却するように適合化される。

Description
−図1は、本発明に適合する燃料電池システムの概要図であり;
−図2は、コンデンサの中と、蒸発/凝縮器の中と、熱回収器の中において交換される熱負荷の配分を示すグラフであり;
−図3は、図1に示す燃料電池システムの水凝縮装置の斜視図であり;
−図4は、図2に示す水凝縮装置を他の向きから見た斜視図である。
図1に見られるように、コンデンサ25と冷却器10は、導管28を循環する冷却液のサイクルによって冷却される。熱回収器24による温度の制限によって、導管28を循環する冷却液の熱サイクル負荷をかなり軽減することが可能にされ、従ってこの冷却液の循環の需要を抑制することが可能になる。

Claims (7)
- 酸素と水素を供給される燃料電池(1)と、上記燃料電池(1)へ水素を送り出す、燃焼器(3)が設けられたリフォーマ(2)と、上記燃料電池(1)と上記燃焼器(3)から出るガスを回収して水を抽出し、上記水を上記リフォーマ(2)へ送る水凝縮装置(4)を含む燃料電池システムにおいて、上記水凝縮装置(4)は、上記燃料電池(1)から出るガスを入口で受ける熱回収器(24)と、上記熱回収器と連通するコンデンサ(25)を含み、上記熱回収器は、上記燃料電池(1)または上記燃焼器(3)から出るガスを冷却するように適合化されることを特徴とする、燃料電池システム。
- 上記熱回収器(24)は、更に、上記コンデンサ(25)から出るガスを再加熱するように適合化されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 上記熱回収器(24)は、上記水凝縮装置(4)へ流入するガスと上記水凝縮装置(4)から流出するガスとの間の熱交換を可能にする熱交換器(26)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 上記熱交換器と上記コンデンサは、共通のカプセル(29)を有する単一の組立体を構成することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 上記リフォーマ(2)は、上記燃料電池(1)へ水素を供給するために、燃料と水を含むガス状混合物の流体から水素を抽出するように適合化された水素純化膜(18)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の燃料電池システム。
- 上記リフォーマは、上記ガス状混合物の中における改質反応を持続するように適合化された燃焼器(3)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 燃料電池(1)から出るガス状流体と、リフォーマ(2)の燃焼器(3)から出るガス状流体を、水凝縮装置(4)を通過させて水を抽出する、自動車に搭載された燃料電池のための水製造方法において、上記水凝縮装置(4)の出口から抽出される上記ガス状流体を再加熱しながら、上記燃料電池(1)または上記燃焼器(3)から出る上記ガス状流体を冷却するように、上記ガス状流体を、熱回収器(24)、次いでコンデンサ(25)の中を通過させることを特徴とする、自動車に搭載された燃料電池のための水製造方法。
