Abstract
【解決手段】磁気共鳴(MR)スペクトロメータにより大きな検査ボリュームを撮像するために、検査ボリューム内に少なくとも1つの検査セグメントを定めるステップと、検査セグメントがMRスペクトロメータの最適な測定ボリューム内に位置するように位置決め装置を制御するステップとを有する磁気共鳴スペクトロメータ内の検査ボリュームの撮像方法において、MR撮影が可能である撮影状態とMR撮影が可能でない待機状態とが周期的に発生する患者の体内の生理学的事象を検出装置によって検出し、少なくとも1つの待機状態において、検査セグメントがMRスペクトロメータの最適な測定ボリューム内に位置するように位置決め装置が移動される。

Description
本発明の実施態様は次の通りである。
生理学的事象が呼吸であり、検出装置が呼吸周波数測定装置であり、撮影状態が息吐き出しに対応し、待機状態が息吸い込みに対応する(請求項2)。
生理学的事象が心臓活動であり、検出装置が心拍数測定装置であり、撮影状態が血圧の拡張相に対応し、待機状態が血圧の収縮相に対応する(請求項3)。

Claims (3)
- 磁気共鳴(MR)スペクトロメータ(2)により大きな検査ボリューム(1)を撮像するために、検査ボリューム(1)内に少なくとも1つの検査セグメント(5a,5b)を定めるステップと、検査セグメント(5a,5b)がMRスペクトロメータ(2)の最適な測定ボリューム(7)内に位置するように位置決め装置(6)を制御するステップとを有する磁気共鳴スペクトロメータ内の検査ボリュームの撮像方法において、
MR撮影が可能である撮影状態とMR撮影が可能でない待機状態とが周期的に発生する患者の体内の生理学的事象を検出装置(10)によって検出し、
少なくとも1つの待機状態において、検査セグメント(5a,5b)がMRスペクトロメータ(2)の最適な測定ボリューム(7)内に位置するように位置決め装置(6)が移動されることを特徴とする磁気共鳴スペクトロメータ内の検査ボリュームの撮像方法。 - 生理学的事象が呼吸であり、検出装置(10)が呼吸周波数測定装置であり、撮影状態が息吐き出しに対応し、待機状態が息吸い込みに対応することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 生理学的事象が心臓活動であり、検出装置(10)が心拍数測定装置であり、撮影状態が血圧の拡張相に対応し、待機状態が血圧の収縮相に対応することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
