Abstract
【解決手段】 涙液層に視標物質を投与した被検眼の所定部位の涙液層の画像をCCDカメラで撮像する。撮像された複数の画像中に撮影された視標物質の位置を測定者に指定させ、各画像中で指定された視標物質の位置、および各画像の撮影タイミングに基づき、視標物質の移動速度を演算し、視標物質の移動速度を被検眼の涙液の移動速度として出力する。

Claims (5)
- 被検眼の涙液に視標物質を投与し、該涙液に照明光を照射し、その照明された箇所の像を異なる時刻に複数回電子画撮像し、該撮像により得られた複数の画像中に撮影された前記視標物質の位置および各画像の撮影タイミングに基づき、前記視標物質の移動速度を測定し、被検眼の涙液の移動速度として出力することを特徴とする眼科測定方法。
- 前記視標物質の投与は前記視標物質入り点眼剤または塗布剤を被検眼に投与することにより行なうことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の眼科測定方法。
- 前記電子画撮像においては、前記視標物質の投与を行なった被検眼の角膜表面上の涙液層、または該被検眼の涙液メニスカス部に貯留している涙液層の部位を撮像することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の眼科測定方法。
- 涙液層に視標物質を投与した被検眼の所定部位の涙液層の画像を電子撮像する撮像手段と、
前記撮像手段により撮像された複数の画像中に撮影された前記視標物質の位置を測定者に指定させるユーザーインターフェース手段と、
前記ユーザーインターフェース手段により各画像中で指定された前記視標物質の位置、および各画像の撮影タイミングに基づき、前記視標物質の移動速度を演算する演算手段と、
前記演算手段により得られた前記視標物質の移動速度を被検眼の涙液の移動速度として出力する出力手段を有することを特徴とする眼科測定装置。 - 前記撮像手段により、前記視標物質の投与を行なった被検眼の角膜表面上の涙液層、または該被検眼の涙液メニスカス部に貯留している涙液層の部位を撮像することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の眼科測定装置。
