Abstract
【解決手段】 増幅アンプA2およびソースフォロアS1に対して共通の電源配線1を介して電源VDD1を供給し、増幅アンプA1に対して電源配線1とは別の電源配線2を介して電源VDD2を供給する。増幅アンプA2およびソースフォロアS1への電源供給と、増幅アンプA1への電源供給が独立して行うことにより、増幅アンプA2およびソースフォロアS1により変調電流Imが発生したとしても、この変調電流に起因する電圧変動ΔVの影響は増幅アンプA1には及ばないようにする。

Claims (5)
- 入力信号を受け第1の電源配線から電源が供給される第1の増幅器と、前記第1の増幅器で増幅された信号をさらに増幅し前記第1の電源配線とは異なる第2の電源配線から電源が供給される第2の増幅器とを備える出力回路。
- 前記第2の増幅器で増幅された信号が入力され且つ前記第2の電源配線から電源が供給される第1のソースフォロア回路をさらに備える請求項1記載の出力回路。
- 前記第1の増幅器で増幅された信号が入力され且つ前記第1の電源配線から電源が供給される第2のソースフォロア回路をさらに備える請求項1または2記載の出力回路。
- 前記第1および第2の増幅器は反転増幅器であることを特徴とする請求項1、2または3記載の出力回路。
- 第1の入力信号を受ける第1の増幅器と、前記第1の増幅器で増幅された信号をさらに増幅する第2の増幅器と、
第2の入力信号を受ける第3の増幅器と、前記第3の増幅器で増幅された信号をさらに増幅する第4の増幅器と、
第3の入力信号を受ける第5の増幅器と、前記第5の増幅器で増幅された信号をさらに増幅する第6の増幅器とを備え、
前記第1、第3及び第5の増幅器はそれぞれ第1の電源配線から電源が供給され、前記第2、第4及び第6の増幅器は前記第1の電源配線とは異なる第2の電源配線から電源が供給されることを特徴とする出力回路。
