Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の二次電池は、第1、2電極及びセパレータを含んでなる電極組立体と、電極組立体が収容されるパウチ型ケース及びケースの外側を覆いかぶせる外装材を含むので、二次電池がインナーパックタイプで装着される電子機器でパウチが損傷されることが防止できる利点がある。

Claims (22)
- 第1、2電極及びセパレータを含んでなる電極組立体と前記電極組立体が収容されるケースを備えるパウチと、
前記パウチの外側を覆いかぶせる外装材、
を含むことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記外装材は、前記パウチの側面をラウンド型で覆いかぶせるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記外装材は、前記ケースの強度を補強するように前記ケースの材質より機械的強度が高い材質で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記外装材は、ステンレススチールで形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記外装材は、フォイル状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記外装材は、プラスチック合成樹脂で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記外装材は、厚さが0.1mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記外装材は、前記パウチの下面に接する下面部と側面に接する側面部及び上面に接する上面部を備えて形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記外装材は側面部が下面部を中心にして左右に各々形成され、上面部が下面部を中心にして左右に側面部と接しながら各々形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記外装材は、前記下面部は前記パウチの下面に対応する面積で形成され、前記側面部は前記パウチの側面に対応する面積で形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記外装材は、前記パウチの下面に接する下面部と側面に接する側面部及び上面に接する上面部及び前記パウチの底面に接する底面部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記底面部は、前記パウチの底面に対応する面積で形成されて、前記下面部と一体形成されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の二次電池。
- 前記外装材は、前記パウチの側面方向から各々結合される左外装材と右外装材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記左外装材と右外装材は、各々パウチの下面に接する下面部と側面に接する側面部及び上面に接する上面部を備え、前記下面部と上面部は前記パウチの下面または上面面積の半分に対応する面積で形成されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記左外装材と右外装材は、各々前記パウチの底面に接する底面部を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記左外装材と右外装材は、各々モールドにより一体形成されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記外装材は、前記パウチの上部と下部方向で各々結合される上外装材と下外装材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記上外装材はパウチの上面に接する上面部と前記上面部を中心にして左右に形成されてパウチの側面に接する側面部を含み、前記下外装材はパウチの下面に接する下面部と前記下面部を中心にして左右に形成されて前記パウチの側面に接する側面部を含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の二次電池。
- 前記上外装材と下外装材は、各々前記パウチの底面に接する底面部を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の二次電池。
- 前記上外装材と下外装材は、各々モールドにより一体形成されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の二次電池。
- 前記外装材は、外面に二次電池のモデル番号、製造会社を含む情報のいずれか一つがプリントされて形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池はインナーパックタイプに適用されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
