Abstract
【解決手段】 ラチェット等の締付部10と、前側カバー部21と後側グリップ部22との二分割構造になったハウジング20と、ハウジング20内に設けられており且つ締付部10を取り替え可能に連結された起歪体30と、起歪体30に設けられ且つ締付部10の締付力に伴う起歪体30の歪み量を検出する歪みセンサ40と、予め用意されたトルク基準値及び歪みセンサ40の検出結果に基づいて締付部10の締付けトルクを演算する等の機能を有したチップマイコン100と、締付けトルク等を出力する出力部300とを具備している。

Claims (6)
- 締付部と、先端部に締付部が取替可能に連結された起歪体と、締付部の締付力に伴う起歪体の歪み量を検出する歪みセンサと、締付部の締付けトルクを演算するのに必要なトルク基準値が予め用意されており且つ当該トルク基準値及び歪みセンサの検出結果に基づいて締付けトルクを演算するトルク演算部と、少なくともトルク演算部の演算結果を締付けトルク測定値として出力する出力部とを具備したことを特徴とするトルクレンチ。
- 起歪体がハウジング内に収容された請求項1記載のトルクレンチにおいて、前記ハウジングは、起歪体の先端部を収容する筒状体であり且つ締付部の基端部が挿入される穴が先端面に形成された前側カバー部と、起歪体の基端部を収容する筒状体であり且つ締付部の締付力に直交した方向に延びた軸が内部に設けられた後側グリップ部とを有した二分割構造となっており、後側グリップ部が前側カバー部に対して若干傾斜可能なように起歪体が前記軸で軸支されていることを特徴とするトルクレンチ。
- 請求項2記載のトルクレンチにおいて、ハウジングの内部に設けられており且つ締付操作にて後側グリップ部が前側カバー部に対して所定角度傾斜をしたか否かを検出する傾斜検出器と、傾斜検出器の検出結果に基づいて出力部に測定エラーを出力させるエラー監視部とを備えていることを特徴とするトルクレンチ。
- 請求項1、2又は3記載のトルクレンチにおいて、締付けトルク設定値を設定するための設定部と、トルク演算部の演算結果が示すトルク測定値が設定部を通じて設定された締付けトルク設定値に近いか又は達したか否かを判定するとともに出力部に当該判定結果を出力させるトルク判定部とを備えていることを特徴とするトルクレンチ。
- 請求項2、3又は4記載のトルクレンチにおいて、ハウジングには後側グリップ部が前側カバー部に対して傾斜しないように解除可能にロックするロック機構が設けられていることを特徴とすることを特徴とするトルクレンチ。
- 請求項5記載のトルクレンチにおいて、ロック機構は、後側グリップ部の後端部に回動自在に設けられたロック部材を有し、前記ロック部材には起歪体の後端部が挿入される移動規制用の長穴が形成された構成となっていることを特徴とするトルクレンチ。
