Abstract
【解決手段】内視鏡式結紮具14を作動させる作動機構は、取り付け要素と、該取り付け要素に接続された作動要素とを備え、取り付け要素は、内視鏡10aの作用通路16aの基端の開口部内に直接挿入され且つ作動機構を内視鏡に取り付けるために作用通路内に嵌まり得る寸法とされ、また作用通路及び取り付け要素の通路を通じて作動機構の作動要素まで導入される、結紮装置の作動ひもを受け入れる通路を備えている。作動ひも15は、作動要素のスプールに取り付けられ該作動要素を係合位置、又は非係合位置に設定する駆動ピン及びローラ・クラッチと、駆動ピンを回転させるノブとを提供する。駆動ピンがローラ・クラッチと係合したとき、ノブは一の方向にのみ回転可能であり、また非係合位置にあるとき、ノブは両方向に回転可能である。

Claims (3)
- 中空の身体器官内の疾患部分を結紮する内視鏡式結紮具であって、内視鏡の末端の挿入端に配置され、該内視鏡は末端の開口部から同内視鏡の基端の開口部まで該内視鏡を貫通して伸長する通路を有し、該内視鏡の通路を介して内視鏡の基端の開口部まで通される作動ひもを有する前記結紮具用の作動機構において、
(a)内視鏡の通路の基端の開口部内に挿入し得る寸法とされた第一の部分を有する取り付け要素であって、該取り付け要素の前記第一の部分を内視鏡の通路の基端の開口部内に挿入したとき、前記作動ひもを該取り付け要素に通すべく貫通して伸長する導入通路を有する、取り付け要素と、
(b)前記取り付け要素に結合された作動要素と、を備え、該作動要素が、
前記作動ひもを前記取り付け要素の前記導入通路を貫通して通すとき、該作動ひもを取り付けるための手段と、
該作動ひもを前記作動要素に接続し、ひもを選択的に引っ込めることにより、前記結紮装置を所望通りに作動させ得るようにする、作動ひもを引っ込めるための手段と、を備え、
前記内視鏡が、前記通路の基端の開口部を覆って配置された密封部材を更に備え、該密封部材が、内視鏡の基端の開口部と連通した開口部を有し、
前記取り付け要素が、前記第一の部分に隣接した第二の部分を更に備え、前記第二の部分が、前記第一の部分が前記通路の基端の開口部を貫通して伸長するとき、前記密封部材内に受け入れられるような寸法とされ、
前記取り付け要素の前記第二の部分が、前記密封部材の開口部に対して摩擦嵌めし得るような寸法とされた、作動機構。 - 中空の身体器官内の疾患部分を結紮する内視鏡式結紮具であって、内視鏡の末端の挿入端に配置され、該内視鏡は末端の開口部から同内視鏡の基端の開口部まで該内視鏡を貫通して伸長する通路を有し、該内視鏡の通路内を内視鏡の基端の開口部まで通される作動ひもを有する前記結紮具用の作動機構において、
(a)内視鏡の通路の基端の開口部内に挿入し得る寸法とされた第一の部分を有する取り付け要素であって、前記第一の部分を内視鏡の通路の基端の開口部内に挿入したとき、前記作動ひもを該取り付け要素内を通すべく貫通して伸長する導入通路を有する、取り付け要素と、
(b)前記取り付け要素に接続された作動要素とを備え、該作動要素が、
前記作動ひもを前記取り付け要素の前記導入通路内に通すとき、該作動ひもの基端に係合する手段を有するスプールと、
前記作動ひもを該スプールと係合させるとともに、該作動ひもを引き込める手段であって、前記スプールが一の方向に回転するのを阻止し且つ前記スプールが反対の方向に回転するのを許容し、これにより、前記スプールを前記許容された方向に回転させることにより、該作動ひもを選択的に引き込めることで、結紮装置を所望通りに作動させ得るようにする手段とを備え
前記内視鏡が、前記通路の基端の開口部に上方に亙って配置された密封部材を更に備え、該密封部材が、内視鏡の基端の開口部と連通した開口部を有し、
前記取り付け要素が、前記第一の部分に隣接する第二の部分を備え、前記第二の部分が、前記第一の部分が前記通路の基端の開口部を貫通して伸長するとき、前記密封部材の開口部内に受け入れられるような寸法とされ、
前記取り付け要素の前記第二の部分が、前記密封部材の開口部に対して摩擦嵌めし得るような寸法とされた、作動機構。 - 中空の身体器官内の疾患部分を結紮する内視鏡式結紮具であって、内視鏡の末端の挿入端に配置され、該内視鏡が末端における開口部から内視鏡の基端における開口部まで該内視鏡を貫通して伸長する通路を有し、該内視鏡の通路を貫通して内視鏡の基端の開口部まで通される作動ひもを有する前記結紮具用の作動機構において、
(a)内視鏡の通路の基端の開口部内に挿入し得る寸法とされた第一の部分を有する取り付け要素であって、前記第一の部分を内視鏡の通路の基端の開口部内に挿入したとき、前記作動ひもを該取り付け要素を貫通するように通すべく貫通して伸長する導入通路を有する、取り付け要素と、
(b)前記取り付け要素に接続された作動要素とを備え、該作動要素が、
前記作動ひもを前記取り付け要素の前記導入通路を通じて通すとき、該作動ひもの基端に係合するスプールと、
該スプールを手で回転させ得るように該スプールに作用可能に接続されたノブとを備え、これにより、前記作動ひもを前記スプールと係合させ、前記作動ひもを選択的に引っ込めることにより、該結紮具を所望通りに作動させ得るようにし、
前記内視鏡が、前記通路の基端の開口部の上方に亙って配置された密封部材を更に備え、該密封部材が、内視鏡の基端の開口部と連通した開口部を有し、
前記取り付け要素が、前記第一の部分に隣接する第二の部分を備え、前記第二の部分が、前記第一の部分が前記通路の基端の開口部を貫通して伸長するとき、前記密封部材の開口部内に受け入れられるような寸法とされ、
前記取り付け要素の前記第二の部分が、前記密封部材の開口部に対して摩擦嵌めし得るような寸法とされた、作動機構。
