Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、被検体の臨床ストレスの決定に関する。被検体のストレス状態を監視するための複雑でなくかつコスト対効果のよい方法を提供するために、被検体からプレチスモグラフ信号データを収集すると共に、該信号データ内に存在する呼吸変調の所定の特徴を示す第1の計測信号を導出する。次いで、この第1の計測信号に基づいて指標信号を形成させると共に、この指標信号を被検体の臨床ストレスを示す指標として利用する。

Claims (15)
- 被検体の臨床ストレスを決定するための方法であって、
被検体からプレチスモグラフ信号データを収集する工程と、
前記プレチスモグラフ信号データ内に存在する呼吸変調の所定の特徴を示す第1の計測信号を導出する工程と、
前記第1の計測信号に基づいて指標信号を形成する工程と、
前記指標信号を被検体の臨床ストレスを示す指標として利用する工程と、
を含む方法。 - 被検体の臨床ストレスを決定するための装置であって、
少なくとも1つの波長で放射を放出するための放出体手段(10)と、
少なくとも1つの波長の前記放射を受け取り少なくとも1つの電気出力信号を発生させるための検出器手段(12)と、
前記少なくとも1つの電気出力信号を処理して少なくとも1つのプレチスモグラフ信号を取得するための第1の信号処理手段(14、16)と、
前記少なくとも1つのプレチスモグラフ信号のうちの少なくとも1つに存在する呼吸変調の所定の特徴を示す第1の計測信号を導出するための第2の信号処理手段(14、16)と、
前記第1の計測信号に基づいて指標信号を形成するための第3の信号処理手段(16)と、
前記指標信号を被検体の臨床ストレスのインジケータとして指示させるためのインジケータ手段(17)と、

- 前記第3の信号処理手段は、指標信号を形成するように第1規格化計測信号と第2の規格化計測信号の加重平均を計算するように構成されている、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記プレチスモグラフ信号データから、呼吸振幅を示す第1の信号、呼吸振幅の変動性を示す第2の信号、プレチスモグラフ信号データのパルス振幅を示す第3の信号、プレチスモグラフ信号データのパルス対パルス間隔を示す第4の信号、及び該第2と第3の信号のうちの一方の変動性を示す第5の信号を含む信号の群に属する少なくとも1つの追加的計測信号を発生させるための第4の信号処理手段をさらに備える請求項6または9に記載の装置。
- 前記第3の信号処理手段は、所定の値レンジを有する少なくとも1つの追加的規格化計測信号が取得されるように前記少なくとも1つの追加的計測信号のそれぞれに対して専用の規格化変換を適用するように構成されており、該専用の規格化変換のそれぞれは関連する専用の規格化変換に特異的な以前に収集した履歴データに依存する、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記第3の信号処理手段は、指標信号を形成するように第1の規格化計測信号、第2の規格化計測信号及び少なくとも1つの追加的規格化計測信号の加重平均を計算するように構成されている、請求項12に記載の装置。
