Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、予混合ガスバーナ10と、前記予混合ガスバーナ10に近接した水管21,22,23とを備えたボイラ1であって、前記予混合ガスバーナ10から、前記水管21,22,23に対して所定角度をなして、予混合ガスが噴出され、前記予混合ガスバーナ10から下流側に所定間隔を隔てた位置に、ガス燃料および予混合ガスの少なくとも一方を供給可能な燃料供給部50が設けられていることを特徴としている。

Claims (9)
- 予混合ガスバーナと、前記予混合ガスバーナに近接した水管とを備えたボイラであって、
前記予混合ガスバーナから、前記水管に対して所定角度をなして、予混合ガスが噴出され、
前記予混合ガスバーナから下流側に所定間隔を隔てた位置に、ガス燃料および予混合ガスの少なくとも一方を供給可能な燃料供給部が設けられている
ことを特徴とするボイラ。 - 前記燃料供給部の下流側に、燃焼反応を促進するための燃焼反応促進領域が設けられている
請求項1に記載のボイラ。 - 前記予混合ガスバーナから噴出される予混合ガスの空気比が、以下の数式の関係を有する
請求項1または2に記載のボイラ。
1.3≦空気比≦2.0 - ガス温度が以下の数式の範囲内の温度となる箇所に、前記燃料供給部からガス燃料および予混合ガスの少なくとも一方が供給される
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のボイラ。
800℃≦ガス温度≦1200℃ - 多段的に燃料を供給することによってNOxを低減する低NOx燃焼方法であって、
冷却体に近接した位置で予混合ガスを供給する第一燃料供給工程と、
前記第一燃料供給工程後に、ガス燃料および予混合ガスの少なくとも一方を供給する第二燃料供給工程と
を備えたことを特徴とする低NOx燃焼方法。 - 前記第二燃料供給工程後に、燃焼反応を促進するための燃焼反応促進工程を行う
請求項5に記載の低NOx燃焼方法。 - 前記第一燃料供給工程において、前記予混合ガスの空気比が、以下の数式の関係を有する
請求項5または6に記載の低NOx燃焼方法。
1.3≦空気比≦2.0 - 前記第二燃料供給工程において、ガス温度が以下の数式の範囲内の温度となる箇所に、前記ガス燃料および前記予混合ガスの少なくとも一方が供給される
請求項5から7のいずれか1項に記載の低NOx燃焼方法。
800℃≦ガス温度≦1200℃ - 多段的に燃料を供給することによってNOxを低減する低NOx燃焼方法であって、
冷却体に近接した位置で予混合ガスを供給する主燃料供給工程と、
前記主燃料供給工程後、燃料を供給してもガス温度がNOx発生限界以下となるように、ガス燃焼および予混合ガスの少なくとも一方を供給する追加燃料供給工程と
を備えたことを特徴とする低NOx燃焼方法。
