Abstract
【解決手段】キク科カミツレ等の植物に含まれる新規配糖体を有効成分とする前駆脂肪細胞の分化抑制剤、脂肪蓄積阻害剤、抗肥満剤、及びこれらを含有する食品、医薬、化粧料。
【効果】脂肪細胞の脂肪蓄積を強力に阻害することから、脂肪の蓄積や肥満の抑制、改善に寄与し得ると共に、局所的な脂肪細胞の肥大に起因する蜂巣炎の予防、治療に有効である。

対して0.1質量%以上60質量%以下、好ましくは、0.5質量%以上50質量%以下が適当である。
カミツレ(Matricaria chamomila L.)花部より30%エタノール水溶液で抽出したエキスを濃縮した軟エキスを用いて、マウス胎仔由来白色脂肪細胞3T3-L1細胞に対する脂肪蓄積阻害活性を指標にして、分離を行った。

[M+Na]+としての計算値:423.2349 と完全に一致し、実施例1で得られたFr. 2-6の抽出物の分子式は、C21H36O7であることが判明した。

- 請求項1に記載の化学式(I)で示される化合物を有効成分とする脂肪細胞の脂肪蓄積阻害剤。
- 請求項1に記載の化学式(I)で示される化合物を有効成分とする抗肥満剤。
- 請求項1に記載の化学式(I)で示される化合物を有効成分とする蜂巣炎改善剤。
- 請求項1に記載の化学式(I)で示される化合物が植物由来であることを特徴とする請求項2〜5いずれかの剤。
- 請求項1に記載の化学式(I)で示される化合物がカミツレ由来であることを特徴とする請求項2〜5いずれかの剤。
- 請求項2〜7のいずれかの剤を含有する食品。
- 請求項2〜7のいずれかの剤を含有する医薬。
- 請求項2〜7のいずれかの剤を含有する化粧料。
