Abstract
【解決手段】 都市ゴミ焼却灰,下水汚泥焼却灰の一種以上を原料とした焼成物と石膏からなる水硬性組成物(以下、エコセメント)を含むセメント系充填材において、当該セメント系充填材は、エコセメントと高炉スラグ微粉末とからなるセメント材を含有するとともに、更にベントナイト、又はベントナイト並びに粒度調整された下水汚泥焼却灰の混合物を含有し、上記セメント材100重量%のうち高炉スラグ微粉末が50重量%より多く90重量%以下含有する。

Description
また、従来のセメント及びセメント系固化材を用いた空洞空隙充填材等において、条件によっては六価クロムが土壌環境基準の0.05mg/lを超える濃度で土壌に溶出するおそれがあるところ、環境汚染を防止するための要請が近年において特に高まっている。このため、エコセメントを利用した充填材を用いる場合においても、同様にその溶出量を極力低減させる必要もあった。
Claims (6)
- 都市ゴミ焼却灰,下水汚泥焼却灰の一種以上を原料とした焼成物と石膏からなる水硬性組成物(以下、エコセメント)を含むセメント系充填材において、
当該セメント系充填材は、上記エコセメントと高炉スラグ微粉末とからなるセメント材を含有するとともに、更にベントナイト、又はベントナイト並びに粒度調整された下水汚泥焼却灰の混合物を含有すること
を特徴とするセメント系充填材。 - 上記セメント材100重量%に比しベントナイト、又はベントナイト並びに粒度調整された下水汚泥焼却灰の混合物が1〜30重量%含有すること
を特徴とする請求項1記載のセメント系充填材。 - 当該セメント系充填材は、空洞空隙の充填材、又はケーソンコンタクトグラウト材、又はトンネル補修充填材、又はグラウンドアンカー充填材、又はロックボルト充填材として用いられること
を特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のセメント系充填材。 - 上記セメント材100重量%のうち高炉スラグ微粉末が50重量%より多く90重量%以下含有すること
を特徴とする請求項1〜3のうち何れか1項記載のセメント系充填材。 - 当該セメント系充填材における六価クロムの溶出量は、混練り後の固化物において、0.02mg/l以下であること
を特徴とする請求項1〜4のうち何れか1項記載のセメント系充填材。 - セメントと高炉スラグ微粉末とからなるセメント材を含有するとともに、更にベントナイト、又はベントナイト並びに粒度調整された下水汚泥焼却灰の混合物を含有すること
を特徴とする請求項1〜5のうち何れか1項記載のセメント系充填材。
