Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の保持器は、転動体を転動自在に保持するための複数のポケット孔11bが周方向に間隔をおいて設けられる保持器基体11と、保持器基体11の表面における少なくとも案内摺接面に被覆形成された被膜層12とを備える。保持器基体11は、炭素繊維強化材料をもって構成される。被膜層12は、耐摩耗性無機粉末材料が配合されたフッ素系樹脂をもって構成される。

前記保持器基体の表面に被覆形成された被膜層とを備え、
前記保持器基体は、炭素繊維強化材料をもって構成されるとともに、
前記被膜層は、耐摩耗性無機粉末材料が配合されたフッ素系樹脂をもって構成されることを特徴とした転がり軸受用保持器。
軸受内径が50mmのアンギュラ玉軸受(#7210)に組み込めるサイズで、以下の構成の軸受用保持器を準備した。
上表1に示すように軸受用保持器として、上記と同様のCFRP製保持器基体に、ニッケルによるメッキ層を形成して保持器を得た。この保持器を上記と同様に軸受に組み込んで、同様の評価を行った。

上表1に示すようにガラス繊維25重量%含有の66ナイロンからなるガラス繊維強化プラスチック製の軸受用保持器を製作した。この保持器を上記と同様に軸受に組み込んで、同様の評価を行った。
上表1に示すように鋼板のプレス加工によって得られる鋼板製の軸受用保持器を準備した。この保持器を上記と同様に軸受に組み込んで、同様の評価を行った。
上表1に示すように本発明に関連した実験例1のものでは、軸受温度の上昇が少なく90℃付近で安定しており、昇温状況が良好なものであった。さらに保持器の内径面、ポケット内周面の磨耗がほとんど認められず、摺動性及び耐摩耗性に優れているものであった。

Claims (4)
- 転動体を転動自在に保持するための複数のポケット孔が周方向に間隔をおいて設けられる保持器基体と、
前記保持器基体の表面に被覆形成された被膜層とを備え、
前記保持器基体は、炭素繊維強化材料をもって構成されるとともに、
前記被膜層は、耐摩耗性無機粉末材料が配合されたフッ素系樹脂をもって構成されることを特徴とした転がり軸受用保持器。 - 前記耐摩耗性無機粉末材料は、セラミックスをもって構成される請求項1に記載の転がり軸受用保持器。
- 前記炭素繊維強化材料は、炭素繊維強化プラスチック(CFRP)または炭素繊維強化炭素複合材料(C/Cコンポジット)をもって構成される請求項1または2に記載の転がり軸受用保持器。
- 前記炭素繊維強化材料は、繊維方向を一方向に揃えた強化繊維にマトリックス樹脂が含浸されたシート状の複数枚の一方向プリプレグが、繊維方向を交差させつつ積層されることによって形成される請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の転がり軸受用保持器。
