Abstract
【解決手段】平均粒子径が1000μm以下の結晶性ポリエステル粒子を亜臨界状態または超臨界状態の流体中に保持する工程を有する、平均粒子径0.1〜1000μmの有機板状粒子の製造方法。

Description
PET粉体(融点:250℃、重量平均分子量20000、三菱化学社製)5gを耐圧容器8(100mL)に充填し密封した。この耐圧容器8に二酸化炭素ボンベ1より二酸化炭素を供給し、さらに昇温することにより、耐圧容器8内を50℃、30MPa(超臨界状態)に調整した。
前記と同様のPET粉体5gを耐圧容器8(100mL)に充填し密封した。この耐圧容器8に二酸化炭素ボンベ1より二酸化炭素を供給し、さらに昇温することにより、槽内を80℃、30MPa(超臨界状態)に調整した。
前記と同様のPET粉体5gを耐圧容器8(100mL)に充填し密封した。この耐圧容器8に二酸化炭素ボンベ1より二酸化炭素を供給し、さらに昇温することにより、槽内を120℃、30MPa(超臨界状態)に調整した。

Claims (4)
- 平均粒子径が1000μm以下の結晶性ポリエステル粒子を亜臨界状態または超臨界状態の流体中に保持する工程を有する、平均粒子径0.1〜1000μmの有機板状粒子の製造方法。
- 流体が二酸化炭素である請求項1記載の製造方法。
- 亜臨界状態または超臨界状態の流体温度が結晶性ポリエステル粒子の融点未満である請求項1または2記載の製造方法。
- 結晶性ポリエステル粒子がポリエチレンテレフタレートである請求項1〜3いずれか記載の製造方法。
