Abstract
【解決手段】 第1電動機と、エンジンの出力をその第1電動機および伝達部材へ分配する差動機構と、その伝達部材から駆動輪までの動力伝達経路に設けられた第2電動機M2と、その第2電動機M2と駆動輪との間に設けられた自動変速機20と、を軸心方向に備えた車両用駆動装置10において、第2電動機M2と自動変速機20との間に、第2電動機M2を支持する第3支持壁78を設け、その第3支持壁78に第1油路94、96、98を形成し、その第1油路94、96、98を経由して、前記第1電動機、前記差動機構、前記第2電動機M2と、前記自動変速機20とへ潤滑油を供給する。第3支持壁78の両側の装置へ潤滑油を供給する油路を別々に設ける場合よりも、潤滑油の供給油路が簡素化できる。

Description
図1は、本発明の一実施例であるハイブリッド車両用の駆動装置10を説明する骨子図である。図1において、駆動装置10は車体に取り付けられる非回転部材としてのトランスミッションケース12(以下、ケース12と表す)内において共通の軸心上に配設された入力回転部材としての差動機構入力軸14と、この差動機構入力軸14に直接に或いは図示しない脈動吸収ダンパー(振動減衰装置)などを介して間接に連結された動力分配機構16と、その動力分配機構16と駆動装置出力軸22との間において伝達部材18を介して動力分配機構16に直列に連結されている動力伝達装置としての有段式の自動変速機20と、この自動変速機20に連結されている出力回転部材としての駆動装置出力軸22とを備えている。
Claims (15)
- 第1電動機と、駆動力源の出力を該第1電動機および伝達部材へ分配する差動機構と、該伝達部材から駆動輪までの動力伝達経路に設けられた第2電動機と、該第2電動機と駆動輪との間に設けられた動力伝達装置と、を軸心方向に備えた車両用駆動装置であって、
前記第2電動機と前記動力伝達装置との間に、該第2電動機を支持する支持壁が設けられ、
該支持壁に第1油路が形成され、該第1油路を経由して、前記第1電動機、前記差動機構、および前記第2電動機の少なくとも1つと、前記動力伝達装置とへ潤滑油が供給されることを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 前記動力伝達装置の入力軸は、前記第2電動機のロータの内周を貫通して前記差動機構の入力軸と嵌合するとともに、前記第1油路からの潤滑油が供給される第2油路が形成され、
前記差動機構の入力軸に、該第2油路からの潤滑油が供給される第3油路が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記差動機構に、前記差動機構の入力軸に形成された前記第3油路と連通する第4油路が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記動力伝達装置として、変速機が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記第1油路は、前記支持壁の内周面に開口していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記第2油路として、前記動力伝達装置の入力軸の軸心に対して垂直に該動力伝達装置の入力軸に形成され、前記第1油路の開口に対向する位置に開口している第2−1油路を備えていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記第2油路として、前記動力伝達装置の入力軸の軸心に対して平行に形成され、前記第2−1油路と連通するとともに、一方の端が該動力伝達装置の入力軸の前記差動機構の入力軸側の端面に開口している第2−2油路を備えていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記第2油路として、前記動力伝達装置の入力軸の軸心に対して平行に形成され、前記第2−1油路と連通するとともに、一方の端が該動力伝達装置の入力軸の前記差動機構の入力軸とは反対側の端面に開口している第2−3油路を備えていることを特徴とする請求項6または請求項7に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記第2電動機のロータを支持するロータ支持軸と、前記動力伝達装置の入力軸とがスプラインによって嵌合されており、
前記第2油路として、前記動力伝達装置の入力軸の径方向に形成されて、前記前記第2−2油路と連通するとともに該動力伝達装置の入力軸の外周面の前記スプラインが形成されている部分に開口する第2−4油路を備えていることを特徴とする請求項7または請求項8に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記第2電動機のロータを支持するロータ支持軸と前記動力伝達装置の入力軸との間にベアリングが介装されており、
前記第2油路として、前記動力伝達装置の入力軸の径方向に形成されて、前記第2−2油路と連通するとともに該動力伝達装置の入力軸の外周面の該ベアリングが介装されている部分に開口する第2−5油路を備えていることを特徴とする請求項7乃至請求項9のいずれかに記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記第2油路として、前記差動機構の径方向内側において前記動力伝達装置の入力軸の径方向に形成され、前記第2−2油路と連通する第2−6油路を備えていることを特徴とする請求項7乃至請求項10のいずれかに記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記第3油路として、前記差動機構の入力軸の軸心に対して平行に形成され、一方の端が前記第2−2油路に向けて開口する第3−1油路を備えていることを特徴とする請求項7乃至請求項11のいずれかに記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記第1電動機のロータ支持軸と前記差動機構の入力軸との間にベアリングが介装されており、
前記第3油路として、前記差動機構の入力軸の径方向に形成されて、前記第3−1油路と連通するとともに該差動機構の入力軸の外周面において該ベアリングが介装されている部分に開口する第3−2油路を備えていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記差動機構の入力軸の前記動力伝達装置側の端部が、前記差動機構の一部と一体的に構成されており、
前記第3油路として、前記差動機構の入力軸の該差動機構の一部と一体的に構成された部分に径方向に形成され、前記第2−6油路と連通する第3−3油路を備えていることを特徴とする請求項11乃至請求項13のいずれかに記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記差動機構として遊星歯車装置を備え、
前記第4油路として、該遊星歯車装置のピニオンシャフトに径方向に形成され、前記第3−3油路と連通する第4−1油路、および、該ピニオンシャフトの軸心に形成され該第4−1油路と連通する第4−2油路を備えていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の車両用駆動装置。
