- 連続発泡プロセスでフォームを製造する方法であって、
フォームまたはフェーシング層の実表面温度を搬送方向に沿って測定すること、
発泡プロセスの制御変数を、実表面温度の公称表面温度からの偏差の関数として決定すること
を含む方法。 - 連続発泡プロセスでフォームを製造する装置であって、
搬送方向に沿って配置された温度センサを含む、搬送方向に沿ってフォームまたはフェーシング層の実表面温度を測定する手段;および
予め決められた公称表面温度からの実表面温度の偏差の関数として、スラブストックフォームプロセスに関する制御変数を決定する手段
を含む装置。
