Abstract
【解決手段】 空気吸入口400から吸入した燃焼用空気を内燃機関20に導く吸気ダクト40を覆い管60にて覆って、断熱空間600を形成する。高速域ではラム圧を利用して断熱空間600に断熱用空気を供給し、ラム圧による断熱用空気の供給が十分にできない速度域では、ファン302を強制的に作動させて、ファン302の負圧により断熱空間600に空気を吸入する。そして、断熱空間600を流れる断熱用空気によって吸気ダクト40とエンジンルーム13との間を断熱し、燃焼用空気の温度上昇を抑制する。

Claims (5)
- 車両に搭載される内燃機関(20)の吸気装置であって、
空気吸入口(400)から吸入した燃焼用空気を前記内燃機関(20)に導く吸気経路(40、50)と、前記吸気経路(40、50)を覆って前記吸気経路(40、50)との間に断熱空間(600)を形成する覆い管(60)とを備え、
前記断熱空間(600)を断熱用空気が流れる構成であることを特徴とする内燃機関用吸気装置。 - 前記吸気経路(40、50)は前記燃焼用空気を清浄化するエアクリーナ(50)を含み、
前記吸気経路(40、50)における前記エアクリーナ(50)よりも空気流れ上流側が、前記覆い管(60)にて覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関用吸気装置。 - 前記内燃機関(20)を冷却する冷却液と空気とを熱交換して冷却液を冷却するラジエータ(300)と、前記ラジエータ(300)に空気を供給するファン(302)とを備え、
前記ファン(302)を利用して前記断熱用空気を供給することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関用吸気装置。 - ラム圧を利用して前記断熱用空気を供給することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の内燃機関用吸気装置。
- 前記内燃機関(20)を冷却する冷却液と空気とを熱交換して冷却液を冷却するラジエータ(300)と、前記ラジエータ(300)に空気を供給するファン(302)とを備え、
ラム圧を利用して前記断熱用空気を供給するとともに、アイドリング時および所定車速未満のときには、前記ファン(302)を利用して前記断熱用空気を供給することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関用吸気装置
