Abstract
【解決手段】径方向に突出する鍔部を有する配管と、該配管の端部が挿入される挿入孔と該挿入孔の配管挿入側の周縁に前記鍔部が嵌合されるフランジ凹部とを有するフランジとからなる配管継手構造において、前記フランジ凹部の内径を鍔部の外径よりも大きく形成するとともに、前記配管の鍔部を径方向に塑性変形させ、該鍔部をフランジ凹部の内壁に面状に当接させたことを特徴とする配管継手構造およびその製造方法。

Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施態様に係る配管継手構造を示している。図1において、1は配管継手を示している。配管継手1は、配管2、3とフランジ4とからなっており、本実施態様においては、配管2は車両用熱交換器への熱交換媒体の導入配管、配管3は熱交換器からの熱交換媒体の導出配管に構成されている。

Claims (9)
- 径方向に突出する鍔部を有する配管と、該配管の端部が挿入される挿入孔と該挿入孔の配管挿入側の周縁に前記鍔部が嵌合されるフランジ凹部とを有するフランジとからなる配管継手構造において、前記フランジ凹部の内径を鍔部の外径よりも大きく形成するとともに、前記配管の鍔部を径方向に塑性変形させ、該鍔部をフランジ凹部の内壁に面状に当接させたことを特徴とする配管継手構造。
- 前記鍔部が円環状に形成されている、請求項1の配管継手構造。
- 前記鍔部が配管の一部を径方向に膨出させた膨出部からなる、請求項1または2の配管継手構造。
- 前記鍔部の塑性変形前の配管軸方向の厚み寸法が、前記フランジ凹部の深さ寸法以上に形成されている、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の配管継手構造。
- 前記フランジ凹部が半円以上の円弧状に形成されている、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の配管継手構造。
- 前記フランジに複数の挿入孔およびフランジ凹部が形成され、各挿入孔に配管が接続されている、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の配管継手構造。
- 前記フランジ凹部が配管の挿入側に向かって徐々に縮径されるテーパ状に形成されている、請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の配管継手構造。
- 前記フランジが熱交換器の熱交換媒体の導入出配管の接続用のフランジである、請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の配管継手構造。
- 径方向に突出する鍔部を有する配管の端部をフランジの挿入孔に挿入するとともに、該挿入孔の配管挿入側の周縁に設けられたフランジ凹部に前記配管の鍔部を嵌合させる配管継手を製造するに際し、前記配管の鍔部をフランジ凹部に嵌入させた後、鍔部を径方向に塑性変形させフランジ凹部の内壁に面状に当接させることを特徴とする配管継手構造の製造方法。
