Claims (2)

  1. 第１テレビジョン基準信号を受ける第１入力端子と、
    周波数が既知で高精度の基準周波数信号を受ける第２入力端子と、
    上記第１テレビジョン基準信号と所定位相関係を有するフレーム・パルスを位相調整信号として生成する位相調整信号生成手段と、
    第２テレビジョン基準信号を生成する信号生成手段とを具え、
    上記信号生成手段は、上記第１テレビジョン基準信号が入力されているときに、上記フレーム・パルスを用いて、上記第１テレビジョン基準信号と上記第２テレビジョン基準信号の位相関係を所望の位相関係に調整し、上記第１テレビジョン基準信号が入力されていないときに、上記第２テレビジョン基準信号を上記基準周波数信号に位相ロックすることを特徴とするテレビジョン基準信号生成装置。
  2. 第１テレビジョン基準信号が入力されると、上記第１テレビジョン基準信号と所定位相関係を有するフレーム・パルスを相調整信号として生成するステップと、
    第２テレビジョン基準信号を生成するステップとを具え、
    上記第１テレビジョン基準信号が入力されているときに、上記フレーム・パルスを用いて、上記第１テレビジョン基準信号と上記第２テレビジョン基準信号の位相関係を所望の位相関係に調整し、上記第１テレビジョン基準信号が入力されていないときに、上記第２テレビジョン基準信号を高精度周波数の基準周波数信号に位相ロックすることを特徴とするテレビジョン基準信号生成方法。
