Abstract
【解決手段】60℃〜90℃の保存温度tで少なくとも50−(4/3)(t−60)時間高温保存した後に記録層20に記録される、高温保存後の記録マークの再生信号出力が、高温保存後の記録マークと同一のビット長を有し、且つ、高温保存前に記録層20に記録される、高温保存前の記録マークの再生信号出力の0.9倍以上である光記録媒体とした。

Claims (7)
- 基板上に複数の情報層を備え、レーザビームの光入射面から最も遠い情報層以外の少なくとも一つの情報層が、半透過性を有し、且つ、相変化材料で形成された記録層を含んでなる光記録媒体であって、60℃〜90℃の保存温度tで少なくとも50−(4/3)(t−60)時間高温保存した後に前記記録層に記録される、高温保存後の記録マークの再生信号出力が、前記高温保存後の記録マークと同一のビット長を有し、且つ、前記高温保存前に前記記録層に記録される、高温保存前の記録マークの再生信号出力の0.9倍以上であることを特徴とする光記録媒体。
- 基板上に複数の情報層を備え、レーザビームの光入射面から最も遠い情報層以外の少なくとも一つの情報層が、半透過性を有し、且つ、相変化材料で形成された記録層を含んでなる光記録媒体であって、60℃〜90℃の温度tで少なくとも50−(4/3)(t−60)時間高温保存した後に前記記録層に記録される、高温保存後の記録マークの面積が、前記高温保存後の記録マークと同一のビット長を有し、且つ、前記高温保存前に前記記録層に記録される、高温保存前の記録マークの面積の0.85倍以上であることを特徴とする光記録媒体。
- 請求項1又は2において、
前記記録層は、少なくともSbとGeを含有することを特徴とする光記録媒体。 - 請求項3において、
前記記録層は、1〜15、17、18族から選択される元素からなることを特徴とする光記録媒体。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれかにおいて、
前記半透過性を有する情報層の前記レーザビームに対する光透過率は、30%〜80%の範囲内にあることを特徴とする光記録媒体。 - 基板上に複数の情報層を備え、レーザビームの光入射面から最も遠い情報層以外の少なくとも一つの情報層が、半透過性を有し、且つ、相変化材料で形成された記録層を含んでなる光記録媒体の試験方法であって、前記記録層に第1の記録マークを記録するステップと、前記第1の記録マークの再生信号出力を測定するステップと、前記光記録媒体を約60℃〜90℃の保存温度tで少なくとも50−(4/3)(t−60)時間高温保存するステップと、前記高温保存後の前記記録層に、前記第1の記録マークと同一のビット長を有する第2の記録マークを記録するステップと、前記第2の記録マークの再生信号出力を測定するステップと、前記第2の記録マークの再生信号出力が、前記第1の記録マークの再生信号出力の0.9倍以上であるか否かを判定するステップと、を含んでなる光記録媒体の試験方法。
- 基板上に複数の情報層を備え、レーザビームの光入射面から最も遠い情報層以外の少なくとも一つの情報層が、半透過性を有し、且つ、相変化材料で形成された記録層を含んでなる光記録媒体の試験方法であって、前記記録層に第1の記録マークを記録するステップと、前記第1の記録マークの面積を測定するステップと、前記光記録媒体を約60℃〜90℃の保存温度tで少なくとも50−(4/3)(t−60)時間高温保存するステップと、前記高温保存後の前記記録層に、前記第1の記録マークと同一のビット長を有する第2の記録マークを記録するステップと、前記第2の記録マークの面積を測定するステップと、前記第2の記録マークの面積が、前記第1の記録マークの面積の0.85倍以上であるか否かを判定するステップと、を含んでなる光記録媒体の試験方法。
