Abstract
【解決手段】 電機子巻線バーストランドパッケージ(16)と、水圧ヘッダクリップ端部フィッティング(18)との間のろう付け接合部は、積層アレイとして配列され、ストランドパッケージを形成する複数の中実ストランド(34)と中空ストランド(36)(複数の中空ストランドは、中実ストランドの対応する自由端部を越えて軸方向に延出する自由端部を有する)と;端部フィッティングの中にあり、中空ストランド及び中実ストランドの自由端部がその内部へ延出する空洞部(42)と;複数の中空ストランドの自由端部及び中実ストランドの前記対応する自由端部を互いに接合すると共に、端部フィッティングの内面に接合し、中実ストランドの自由端部を覆う隔離層(52)を形成する実質的にリンを含有しない銀ろう合金(50、52)とを含む。

Claims (10)
- 電機子巻線バーストランドパッケージ(16)と水圧ヘッダクリップ端部フィッティング(18)との間のろう付け接合部において、
積層アレイとして配列され、前記ストランドパッケージを形成する複数の中実ストランド(34)及び複数の中空ストランド(36)であって、前記複数の中空ストランドは、前記中実ストランドの対応する自由端部を越えて軸方向に延出する自由端部を有するような中実ストランド及び中空ストランドと;
前記端部フィッティングの中にあり、前記複数の中空ストランドの前記自由端部及び前記中実ストランドの前記対応する自由端部が内部へ延出している空洞部(42)と;
前記複数の中空ストランドの前記自由端部及び前記複数の中実ストランドの前記対応する自由端部を互いに接合すると共に、前記端部フィッティングの内面に接合し、前記中実ストランドの自由端部を覆う隔離層(52)を形成する、実質的にリンを含有しない銀ろう合金(50)とを具備するろう付け接合部。 - 前記銀ろう合金(50)は、前記中実ストランドの前記自由端部を、少なくとも0.010インチ(0.254mm)の深さまで被覆する請求項1記載のろう付け接合部。
- 前記複数の中空ストランド(36)は、前記銀ろう合金隔離層(52)を貫通して延出する請求項1記載のろう付け接合部。
- 前記複数の中空ストランド(36)の前記自由端部は、前記空洞部(42)に対して開いている請求項3記載のろう付け接合部。
- 前記複数の中実ストランド(34)及び前記複数の中空ストランド(36)は、銅、銅‐ニッケル合金及びステンレス鋼のうちの少なくとも1つから製造される請求項1記載のろう付け接合部。
- 前記中空ストランド(36)の前記自由端部は、前記中実ストランド(34)の前記自由端部の列より軸方向に長い積層列である請求項1記載のろう付け接合部。
- 電機子バー(16)と水圧ヘッダクリップ(18)との間のろう付け接合部において、
前記端部フィッティングの中にあり、開口部により出入り自在である空洞部(42)と;
前記開口部の中に受け入れられ、積層アレイとして配列された中実ストランド及び中空ストランド(34、36)のアレイと;
前記中実ストランド及び前記中空ストランドを互いに接合すると共に、前記端部フィッティングの内面に接合し、前記中実ストランドの自由端部を被覆し、前記中空ストランドの自由端部を、閉塞されない開放状態にする実質的にリンを含有しないろう合金(50)とを具備するろう付け接合部。 - 前記中実ストランド(34)は、複数の列として配列され、前記中空ストランド(36)は、複数の列として配列される請求項7記載のろう付け接合部。
- 前記中空ストランド(36)の列は、前記中実ストランド(34)の列を越えて軸方向に延出する請求項8記載のろう付け接合部。
- 前記複数の中実ストランド(34)及び前記複数の中空ストランド(36)は、銅、銅‐ニッケル合金及びステンレス鋼のうちの少なくとも1つから製造される請求項7記載のろう付け接合部。
