Abstract
【手段】容器受けを介して被攪拌材の収納された容器を自転し、該容器受けの設けられたアーム体を公転することで容器に収納された被攪拌材を攪拌・脱泡する被攪拌材の攪拌・脱泡方法であって、前記被攪拌材を温度調整を行いながら攪拌・脱泡することである。

Description
特に、チャンバ内を真空又は容器内を真空した場合のアーム体及び容器の高速回転は大気圧中に比しさらに急激に温度上昇が起こり、被攪拌材は熱による影響を受けやすいという欠点がある。
Claims (3)
- 容器受けを介して被攪拌材の収納された容器を自転し、該容器受けの設けられたアーム体を公転することで容器に収納された被攪拌材を攪拌・脱泡する被攪拌材の攪拌・脱泡方法であって、前記被攪拌材を温度調整しながら攪拌・脱泡することを特徴とする被攪拌材の攪拌・脱泡方法。
- 前記被攪拌材を容器を介して温度調整する請求項1に記載の被攪拌材の攪拌・脱泡方法。
- 被攪拌材の収納された容器と、該容器の嵌入された容器受けと、該容器受けを端部側に設けたアーム体と、容器受けを伝達手段を介して自転及びアーム体を伝達手段を介して公転するための駆動源とから構成された装置本体と、該装置本体を収納するためのチャンバとから構成された被攪拌材の攪拌・脱泡装置において、前記装置本体又は前記チャンバには、容器内の温度又はチャンバ内の温度を調整するための温度調整手段が設けられていることを特徴とする被攪拌材の攪拌・脱泡装置。
