Abstract
【解決手段】 リング30に、エンドミルのシャンクに係合する穴30aに加えて、一方の端部が上面30uに、他方が下面に連通する溝32を軸方向に貫通して設ける。この場合、上面30uに開口し、穴30aに連通する凹部31を設けると更に効果を上げることができる。溝32に代えて例えば小径の穴としても同様の効果を得ることができる。

(2)スピンドルの回転数:5万回転/分、6万回転/分、8万回転/分
(3)スピンドルの中心部に供給したエアの流量:50l/分
(4)ワーク:1mmのガラスエポキシ樹脂基板(ガラス含有量20重量%)の3枚重ね
なお、溝32としては、溝数を4、幅wを1.5mm、また直径上に位置する溝32の両端の長さlは5mmである。

Claims (5)
- 軸線方向の中心部に工具に嵌合する穴を備え、前記工具に装着されて前記工具の先端を位置決めするようにした中空筒状の工具位置決め装置において、
一方の端部が前記軸線と交差する方向の上面に、他方が下面に連通するように軸方向に貫通する空洞部を設けることを特徴とする工具位置決め装置。 - 前記穴に連通し前記上面側に開口する凹部を設け、前記空洞部の一方の端部を前記凹部の底面に連通させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工具位置決め装置。
- 前記空洞部と前記穴とを前記軸線方向の全域にわたり連通させることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の工具位置決め装置。
- 前記空洞部が外周側面に設けられた溝であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工具位置決め装置。
- シャンク部と刃部とを有する工具の前記シャンク部に、請求項1ないし4のいずれか記載の工具位置決め装置を一体に固着してなる、
加工部材。
