Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、液晶ディスプレイに用いられる導光板及びバックライトモジュールに関する。本発明は少なくとも一つの回折部を有する入射面と、射出面と、複数の微細構成部を有する反射面と、を含む導光板を提供する。該導光板は、直接にLGPの入射面に回折光学部が形成されるので、全体のコンパクト性を高めたり、光の結合効率を高めて、従来の導光板における低い光エネルギーの利用率及び離散的な点光源の場合の不均一な光エネルギー分布という課題を解決することができる。本発明は更に該導光板を利用するバックライトモジュールを提供する。

Claims (10)
- 入射面と、射出面と、複数の微細構成部を有する反射面と、を含む導光板において、
前記入射面は少なくとも一つの回折部を有することを特徴とする導光板。 - 前記回折部は非球面とされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の導光板。
- 前記回折部は導光板の外部へ突出することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4に記載の導光板。
- 前記回折部は導光板の内部へ突出することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4に記載の導光板。
- 前記射出面は少なくとも一つの第二回折部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の導光板。
- 前記第二回折部は非球面とされることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の導光板。
- 前記導光板は平板又は楔形の形状に構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の導光板。
- 導光板及びその側面に配置された光源を含み、
前記導光板は入射面と、射出面と、複数の微細構成部を有する反射面と、を含む、バックライトモジュールにおいて、
前記入射面は少なくとも一つの回折部を含むことを特徴とするバックライトモジュール。
