Abstract
【解決手段】 少なくとも1つの弾性材料製接続素子により接続された、異なる線膨張率を有する少なくとも2つの成形部品を含んでなる複合要素であって、該接続素子は、剪断柔軟的に変形できる少なくとも1つのずれエレメントを有し、該ずれエレメントの高さ対厚さの比は2〜60の範囲にある複合要素。

Description
図1及び図2は、本発明の複合要素1の一例の模式図である。部品2、例えば鋼製自動車ルーフからのフレーム、及び部品3、例えばポリカーボネート製ガラスは、接続素子4により接続されている。2つの部品2,3は、異なる線膨張率を有する。接続素子4は、弾性材料、例えば熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)により作られ、剪断柔軟的に変形できる。図示した形態では、接続素子4は、温度変化の際に存在する線形力により曲がることができる薄板状のずれエレメント5を有する。薄板状のずれエレメント5は、引張応力下では安定である。薄板状のずれエレメント5の上端及び下端、すなわち部品2,3に面する端部は、それぞれ、末端エレメント6に接続されている。各末端エレメント6は、部品2,3の一方に接続されている。
Claims (9)
- 少なくとも1つの弾性材料製接続素子により接続された、異なる線膨張率を有する少なくとも2つの成形部品を含んでなる複合要素であって、該接続素子は、剪断柔軟的に変形できる少なくとも1つのずれエレメントを有し、該ずれエレメントの高さ対厚さの比は2〜60の範囲にある複合要素。
- 該ずれエレメントは薄板状である請求項1に記載の複合要素。
- 該ずれエレメントはロッド状である請求項1に記載の複合要素。
- 該接続素子はポリマー材料からなる請求項1に記載の複合要素。
- 該ポリマー材料は、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、未強化ポリアミド、ポリプロピレン及びポリエチレンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種のポリマーを含む請求項4に記載の複合要素。
- 1つの部品は金属製である請求項1に記載の複合要素。
- 該金属は、鋼、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、銅、チタン及びこれらの合金からなる群から選択される金属である請求項6に記載の複合要素。
- 1つの部品はポリマー製である請求項1に記載の複合要素。
- 該ポリマーは、ポリカーボネート、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ABS、ASA、ポリアミド、PBT及びポリプロピレンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種のポリマーである請求項8に記載の複合要素。
