Abstract

Claims (10)
- 多重エネルギトモシンセシス・イメージングシステム(10)であって、
イメージング・ボリュームに対して制限角度範囲内の複数の位置でX線(24)を照射するように構成されたX線源(14)と、
検出器素子のアレイを含み、前記照射されたX線に応答して複数の画像を生成するように構成されたデジタル検出器(18)と、
前記デジタル検出器(18)から複数の画像を収集するように構成された検出器収集回路(34)と、
エネルギ特性に基づき複数の画像を分解し、該複数の画像を再構成して3次元多重エネルギトモシンセシス画像を生成するように構成された処理回路(36)と、
を備えるシステム。 - 前記X線源(14)が、複数の位置の各々に移動されるように構成されたX線管を含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記X線源(14)が、複数の固体X線エミッタを含み、該複数の固体X線エミッタの各々を前記複数の位置の少なくとも1つに位置決めすることができる請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記デジタル検出器(18)が、非エネルギ識別検出器を含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 異なるエネルギ・レベルでX線をフィルタ処理するように構成されたフィルタ(16)を更に含む請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記デジタル検出器(18)がエネルギ識別検出器を含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記デジタル検出器(18)が、前記照射されたX線に応答してデジタル信号を生成する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 患者(22)の運動或いは患者の1つ又はそれ以上の器官の運動を監視する感知装置(38)を更に備える請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記3次元画像が、低エネルギ・トモシンセシス画像、中間エネルギトモシンセシス画像、高エネルギ・トモシンセシス画像、軟組織トモシンセシス画像、骨格トモシンセシス画像又は造影剤トモシンセシス画像の少なくとも1つを含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記デジタル検出器(18)の近位に配置され、該デジタル検出器(18)への散乱したX線の入射を低減するように構成される散乱線除去グリッド(20)を更に備える請求項1に記載のシステム。
