Abstract
【解決手段】自己走査型発光素子アレイ基板に配置される発光素子アレイおよび補助駆動用ICに配線する信号数を低減することで、発光素子ヘッドの配線数を低減でき、該基板上の省スペ−ス化も実現でき、製造工程を簡略化して安価なSLED基板を提供できる。

Claims (2)
- 複数の発光素子アレイが配設され、
少なくとも該発光素子アレイに点灯/非点灯を指示する複数の画像信号、第1の転送クロック信号および第2の転送クロック信号を送受信する配線が配設された発光素子アレイ基板において、
前記発光素子アレイを配設した数をn(nは2以上の整数)とし、
前記発光素子アレイを分割して駆動する駆動分割数、前記第1の転送クロック信号Φ1の配線数および前記第2の転送クロック信号の配線数Φ2をm(mは2以上の整数)とした時に、
前記画像信号Iの配線数がI=n/m(小数点以下を切り上げて得られる整数)であり、かつ、I<n+2−2mであることを特徴とする発光素子アレイ基板。 - 前記転送クロック信号Φ1、Φ2のいずれか一方の配線数が、1であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光素子アレイ基板。
