Abstract
小型で試薬搭載数が多く、処理能力の高い自動分析装置を提供する。
【解決手段】
反応ディスクの中と外にそれぞれ試薬ディスクを設け、試薬プローブで両方の試薬ディスクからの共通の位置に吐出可能とし、それぞれの試薬ディスクにサイクルごとに複数の試薬プローブのうちの1本ずつが交互にアクセスするように構成する。また独立して回転可能な2つのアームで構成される試薬プローブにより、複数のポイントへのアクセスが可能であり、かつ複数の試薬プローブの干渉回避が可能である。
【効果】
第1試薬と第2試薬を両方の試薬ディスクに配置可能であり、装置サイズを大きくすることなく試薬搭載数を増やし、サイクルの時間を短くして処理能力が高い自動分析装置が実現可能である。

Description
35にそれぞれ1つのサンプルプローブしかアクセスしないため、サイクルの時間を短くし、一定時間に分析できる数を増やすことができる。
13)、その後に第2アーム79を動作させ洗浄ポート54に移動させる(図14)。一方、試薬プローブ23は洗浄ポート54に戻る動作軌跡近傍に障害となるものがないため、第1アーム74と第2アーム79を同時に動作させ洗浄ポート54に戻ることが可能である(図14)。この例で示したように、本発明による試薬プローブでは第1アーム74と第2アーム79の動作が独立しているため、その動作タイミングについても自由に変えることができ、それによってプローブ移動の軌跡を変えて、近接したポイントへの移動の場合などに機構同士の干渉を回避することが可能である。
74を先に動作させ、第2アーム79をタイミングを遅らせて動作させることにより、全体動作の終了時には第2アーム79の停止のみとなるため振動を小さくすることができ、試薬の飛散りを防止できるという利点がある。

Claims (2)
- 複数の試薬容器を周上に配置する試薬ディスクと、複数の反応容器を周上に配置する反応ディスクとを備え、前記試薬容器に収容された試薬と試料を前記反応容器中で反応させ、該反応を分析する機構を備えた自動分析装置において、
前記試薬ディスクを複数備え、更に前記試薬容器から吸引した試薬を反応容器に吐出する試薬分注プローブを備え、 前記試薬分注プローブは、第1の回転軸を中心として回転動作する第1アームと、該第1アームに配置された第2の回転軸を中心として回転動作する第2アームと、から構成され、前記第1アームと前記第2アームは独立して回転動作が可能であることを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
前記第2の回転軸は前記第1アームのほぼ先端部に設けられていることを特徴とする自動分析装置。
