Description

The present invention relates to a centrifugal dehydration method and apparatus for a material to be dehydrated after washing with a washing liquid.

Conventionally, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a centrifugal dehydration apparatus that performs dehydration using centrifugal force is used as a dehydration method for folding containers, pallets, and the like (hereinafter, to be dehydrated) after washing with a washing solution. Thus, the material to be dehydrated b is inserted along the guide member 7 from the direction of the arrow x by the conveying means (not shown) so as to be in contact with the stopper member 1 and positioned at the substantially central portion on the turntable 3. An impact member 1 that supports the front surface b1 of the dehydrated product b and a guide member that supports the side surface b2 so that the dehydrated product b is not shaken off from the turntable by centrifugal force during the dehydrating operation. 7 and a locking member 4 that supports the rear surface b3 are provided and supported. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1.)
JP 2000-218194 A

However, in the centrifugal dewatering device as described above, the stopper member 1 that supports the front surface b1 of the material to be dehydrated b so that the material to be dehydrated b is not shaken off from the turntable by the centrifugal force during the dehydrating operation. In addition to the guide member 7 that supports the side surface b2, it is necessary to provide the locking member 4 that supports the rear surface b3. The stopper member 1 and the guide member 7 are fixed to the turntable 3, whereas the locking member 4 that supports the rear surface b3 is inserted into the insertion / removal port 12 for insertion / removal of the dehydrated material b. It must be mounted openably and closably. For example, it becomes a complicated structure such as a hinged structure with a hinge, and the movable part is damaged while being used under the load of centrifugal force during dehydration. It was also the cause of failure.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and provides a centrifugal dehydration method and apparatus capable of easily inserting and removing a material to be dehydrated with little failure even after long-term use. .

The object to be dehydrated is placed on a substantially disk-shaped rotating table that rotates horizontally so that the position of the center of gravity of the object to be dehydrated is separated from the rotating shaft of the rotating table, and the object to be dewatered is placed on the rotating shaft. A centrifugal dehydration method is provided in which a stopper member is provided on the center of gravity side of the object and supported to perform centrifugal dehydration.

A substantially disk-shaped turntable on which the object to be dehydrated is placed; and a stopper member that is fixed to the turntable and disposed on the center of gravity side of the object to be dehydrated with respect to the rotation shaft and supports the object to be dehydrated. And a centrifugal dehydrator equipped with

Furthermore, the centrifugal dewatering apparatus is provided with a plurality of blade members standing in a substantially vertical direction from the periphery of the rotating base of the centrifugal dewatering apparatus for the material to be dehydrated and having an inclination angle with respect to the radial direction of the rotating base.

The dehydrated material is placed on a substantially disk-shaped turntable that rotates horizontally so that the position of the center of gravity of the dehydrated product is separated from the rotation shaft of the turntable, and the dehydrated material is placed with respect to the rotation shaft. A centrifugal dehydration method in which a stopper member is provided on the center of gravity side of the support and centrifugal dehydration is performed, and a centrifugal dehydration apparatus having a configuration for realizing the method is provided. Since it receives the force in the direction of the impact member and maintains the state in contact with the impact member, the latch member that supports the rear surface of the dehydrated object is not necessary. In other words, the structure of the centrifugal dewatering device is simplified by eliminating the locking member, and the centrifugal dewatering device can be used for a long time without causing the failure of the movable part of the locking member as in the conventional example. can do. Furthermore, by eliminating the locking member, it is possible to insert and remove the material to be dehydrated more quickly, and it is possible to provide a more inexpensive centrifugal dewatering device with reduced manufacturing costs.

Further, the centrifugal dewatering device is provided with a plurality of blade members standing in a substantially vertical direction from the periphery of the rotating table of the centrifugal dewatering device and having an inclination angle with respect to the radial direction of the rotating table, so that the mist is contained in the case body. Therefore, it is possible to dehydrate the material to be dehydrated more efficiently.

The form for implementing this invention is demonstrated based on FIGS. 1-4. In the present embodiment, a folding container is used as a material to be dehydrated. In addition, the member etc. which attached | subjected the same code | symbol in each figure shall represent the same or the same kind of member.

One embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. The rotating means 5 attached to the bottom surface of the case body 2 is provided with a rotating shaft 51 having a vertical axis, and a substantially disk-like horizontal rotating table 3 is fixed to the upper end portion of the rotating shaft 51. . On the upper surface of the turntable 3, guide means 7, 7 for guiding the folding container to be inserted into a predetermined position from the direction of the arrow x are attached to both sides of the folding container b indicated by phantom lines. The guide means 7 includes a plurality of guide bars 72 and a guide member 71 erected on the turntable 3. Further, the stopper members 1 and 1 are erected on the front surface b1 side of the folding container, and the stopper member 1 and the guide rod 72 are integrally fixed to each other at the upper end portion thereof by the support plate 31. .

The stopper member 1 is attached at a position where the center of gravity P of the folded container after placement is on the stopper member 1 side with respect to the axis of the rotating shaft 51.

Next, means for supporting the folding container placed on the turntable 3 from above will be described. The lifting / lowering means 9 attached to the upper surface of the case body 2 is provided with a lifting / lowering shaft 91 that can be lifted and rotated on a common axis with the rotating shaft 51, and the lifting shaft 91 passes through the case body 2 and the support plate 31. And the push body 8 is being fixed to the lower end part.

The elevating shaft 91 is attached to the case body 2 via a bearing at the penetrating portion of the case body 2 of the elevating shaft 91 and the penetrating portion of the support plate 31, and the elevating shaft 91 is movable up and down and rotatable. It is supported to become. A balance body 10b is attached to the lifting shaft 91 via a support bar 10a.

By the way, a base 6 is fixed over the entire horizontal cross section of the case body 2 between the rotating means 5 and the rotary base 3, and a drain hole 11a is penetrated through the base 6 and a drain pipe 11b is attached. Yes. In addition, the rotary shaft 51 is attached to the base 6 through a bearing in the penetrating portion of the base 6 of the rotary shaft 51, and the rotary shaft 51 is supported so as to be rotatable.

The intake means 14 supplies air to the dehydration chamber C and the intake holes 14a provided on the side surfaces of the frame pair 2 so that the dehydration chamber C in which the turntable 3 is provided and the outside of the case body 2 communicate with each other. And an intake pipe 14b.

Further, the exhaust means 15 includes an exhaust hole 15a provided on the upper surface of the case body 2 so that the dehydration chamber C and the outside of the case body 2 communicate with each other, and an exhaust pipe 15b that exhausts the dehydration chamber C to the outside of the case body 2. Consists of.

Next, the operation of the centrifugal dehydrator in Example 1 will be described. The turntable 3 is stopped at a position where the insertion / removal port 12 is on the side of the door 21 attached to the case body 2, and the pusher 8 is retracted to a position where it does not interfere with the folding container to be conveyed. Then, the door 21 is opened, and the folding container b folded by the transport means (not shown) is transported into the dehydrating chamber C, and placed on the turntable so that the front surface b1 is in contact with the stopper member 1. . Here, the center of gravity P of the stacked folding container is always placed so as to be closer to the stopper member 1 than the axis of the rotating shaft 51. In addition, although the Example which piled up the to-be-dehydrated thing (folded folding container b) in five steps is illustrated in a present Example, the to-be-dehydrated item may be one step | paragraph, or it piles up in several steps | paragraphs. You can also.

After the folded folded containers are stacked and placed at a predetermined position, the lifting shaft 9 is lowered by the lifting means 9 and the upper surface b4 of the folded folded container is supported by the pusher 8 fixed to the lower end. Although not shown, the lifting means 9 is attached with a pressure detector to control the pressing force so that the pressing force does not work more than necessary.

Next, dehydration is performed by closing the door 21 and operating the rotating means 5 to rotate the turntable 3. At this time, centrifugal force acts on the folding container, and the remaining cleaning liquid is diffused to perform dehydration. The dissipated cleaning liquid falls on the base 6 directly or indirectly through the inner wall surface of the dehydration chamber C, and is drained to the outside of the case body 2 through the drainage means 11. After the dehydration is completed, the rotation of the turntable 3 is stopped at a position where the insertion / removal port 12 side becomes the door 21 side, the elevating means 9 is switched to the upper position, the pusher 8 is retracted to a position where it does not interfere, and the door 21 is opened. The folding container b is transported out of the case body 2 by transport means not shown, and the dehydration process is completed.

In the present embodiment, the uppermost surface b4 of the folding container, which is the object to be dehydrated, is supported by the pusher 8. However, the pusher may be omitted, and in that case, the lifting means 9 is not necessary. The lifting shaft 91 can be used as a rotating shaft.

By the way, the reason why the center of gravity P of the folding container, which is the material to be dehydrated, is rotated by the rotational shaft 51 is placed so that the center of gravity P of the material to be dehydrated is always on the side of the stopper member 1 from the axis of the rotating shaft 51. The folding container receives a force in the direction of the stopper member 1 and maintains a state where the stopper member 1 is in contact with the container. That is, since the folding container does not jump out to the insertion / removal port 12 side, a conventional locking member for supporting the insertion / removal port 12 side of the folding container becomes unnecessary. In addition, you may enable it to adjust the mounting position on the turntable 3 according to the magnitude | size of to-be-dehydrated material by making the stopper member 1 movable.

In addition, the balance body 10b is provided in order to suppress vibration during rotation caused by asymmetry of the rotating part, such as separating the center of gravity P of the material to be dehydrated from the rotating shaft 51. In addition, the balance body 10b may be provided in other parts, such as the support plate 31, for example, and may be attached as a movable structure at a position where vibration during rotation can be further suppressed.

Another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Although the basic structure and operation are the same as those in the first embodiment and are omitted, in this embodiment, the centrifugal dehydrator of the first embodiment has a plurality of blade members 16, 16,. It is arranged.

As shown in FIG. 4, each blade member 16 is erected in a substantially vertical direction with an inclination angle θ with respect to the radial direction of the turntable 3, and the upper end portion of each blade member 16 is attached to the support plate 31. It is fixed integrally.

Next, the operation will be described. The folded folding container b described in the first embodiment is stacked and placed on the turntable 3, the uppermost surface b <b> 4 of the folding container is supported by the pusher 8, the door 21 is closed, and the dehydration is started by the rotation of the turntable 3. The plurality of blade members 16, 16,... Standing on the turntable are similarly rotated about the rotation shaft 51 and have the inclination angle θ described above, so that the gas containing mist is contained. Collides with the blade members 16, 16... And is pushed out in the side surface direction of the case body 2. Therefore, an air flow is generated from the axial core side, that is, the placed folding container b side toward the side surface of the case body 2. At this time, since the turntable 3 is provided with a large number of through holes (not shown), the gas sucked in by the intake means 14 is sent upward through the through holes and further contains mist. .. Passes through the gap between the blade members 16, 16... And is exhausted to the outside of the case body 2 through the exhaust means 15.

The plurality of blade members 16, 16,... Are provided for efficient dehydration by forcibly exhausting the mist of the dehydrated cleaning liquid and completing the dehydration process in a short time.

In addition, although the folding container was used as a to-be-dehydrated object in Example 1 and Example 2, a normal conveyance container or a pallet etc. may be used, and it dehydrates by the same means and the same effect is acquired.
