Abstract
【解決手段】 多量に有害物を含んでいる廃棄物を、水に分散させるとともに、その中に二酸化チタン等の光触媒の微粉末を分散させる処理を行う、そして、その被処理溶液を強力な紫外線を照射する装置に対して、厚さの薄い層状に流しながら光による処理を行い、環境ホルモン等の分解処理を行う。また、前記被処理液に光を当てて処理した後で、光触媒を磁気的に回収し、再使用に供するものとする。
Description
前記光触媒材料に混合する磁性体として、酸化チタンの性質に影響を与えない温度で合金状の混合物を形成可能で、かつ、容易に微粉砕処理が可能な性質を持つ材料を用いることを特徴とする。
Claims (5)
- 有害物質を多量に含む廃棄物を、水または任意の液体に分散させてスラリー状の混合物を作成し、
前記スラリー状の混合物を、光を透過する材料で作った処理流路を通しながら強い紫外線を照射して、
前記被処理混合物中に含まれる有害物質を、紫外線を照射する光触媒を用いて無害化処理することを特徴とする廃棄物処理方法。 - 前記廃棄物を光触媒に紫外線を当てて処理するための紫外線処理装置として、
強い紫外線を発光するランプ状の本体に対して、その周囲に螺旋状で処理液を薄い層として流し得るようにする流路を配置し、
前記流路をガラス様の光を透過する透明な材料を用いて、構成したものを用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃棄物処理方法。 - 磁性体材料と光触媒材とを溶融させて合金状の混合物を作成し、
前記塊を微粉砕して微細な粉状の光触媒材料として作成し、
前記粉状の材料に対して磁化処理を行い、
前記粉状の光触媒を廃棄物の液に混入して、紫外線を照射する装置を通して、
前記廃棄物に含まれる有害成分を、前記紫外線が照射された光触媒により無害化する処理に使用することを特徴とする、請求項1または2の方法に用いる光触媒材料。 - 前記光触媒材料として酸化チタンを用い、
前記光触媒材料に混合する磁性体として、酸化チタンの性質に影響を与えない温度で合金状の混合物を形成可能で、かつ、容易に微粉砕処理が可能な性質を持つ材料を用いることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の光触媒材料。 - 前記廃棄物に含まれる有害成分を分解処理した後で、磁性体とともに光触媒材を磁気的な分離手段により回収して、再使用に供給することを特徴とする請求項3また4に記載の光触媒材料。
