Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明では(A)分子内にエポキシ基を有した水添ポリブタジエン、(B)飽和な脂肪族エラストマー、(C)飽和脂肪族環状エーテルモノマー、(D)光重合開始剤の上記(A)〜(D)を主成分とする光硬化性組成物とした。

Description
・飽和な脂肪族エラストマー(B)として、ポリイソブチレン(G1000:BASFジャパン製、G3000:BASFジャパン製、EP600A:鐘淵化学社製)、水添ポリブタジエン(BI3000:日本曹達社製)、水添ポリイソプレン(エポール、出光石油化学社製)、成分(B)の比較として未水添ポリブタジエン(B2000:日本曹達社製)、未水添ポリイソプレン(LIR−30:クラレ社製)。
・光カチオン重合開始剤(D1)としてアデカオプトマーSP−170(以下、SP−170:旭電化工業製)、UVI−6990(UCC社製)、Uvacure1591(ダイセルユーシービー社製)、光ラジカル重合開始助剤(D2)としてダロキュアー1173(以下#1173:チバ・スペシャルティ・ケミカルズ社製)。
上記各成分をそれぞれ表1、2及び3に示す通りに配合し、ミキサーを用いて50℃で1時間攪拌して各組成物を得た。得られた各組成物を次に示す各試験にて評価し、その結果を表1、2及び3に併せて記載した。
相溶性の確認は実施例および比較例に基づいた各組成物を50mLガラス瓶に約20g入れ、25℃にて24時間放置後の分離状態を目視にて確認し、分離なしを○、分離ありを×として判定した。
樹脂硬さは実施例および比較例に基づいた各組成物約2gを25mmφのポリキャップに入れ、3000mJ/cm2にて硬化させ、硬度計(デュロメーター タイプA)にて任意5点測定値の平均とした。目標値は50以下とした。
実施例および比較例に基づいた各組成物約2gを25mmφのポリキャップに入れ、3000mJ/cm2にて硬化させ、アセトニトリルに先の硬化物を重量測定後に浸漬させた(条件:60℃×96時間)。その後、硬化物を取り出し、表面を軽くワイプして重量を測定し、浸漬前との重量変化率を求めた。目標値は重量分率で±20%以下とした。
JIS Z 0208に基づき測定を行った(測定条件:60℃×95%RH)。測定膜の作成は、ポリフッ化エチレン製板上に樹脂をコーティングし(膜厚約100ミクロン)、3000mJ/cm2にて硬化させたものを指定容器形状にカットし、塩化カルシウムを約1g容器に入れて養生させた。測定は24時間後の重量を基準値とし、その後経時で重量変化が飽和した時点を終点とした。目標値は80g/cm2・24h以下とした。
Claims (6)
- (A)分子内にエポキシ基を有した水添ポリブタジエン
(B)飽和な脂肪族エラストマー
(C)飽和な脂肪族環状エーテルモノマー
(D)光重合開始剤
上記(A)〜(D)を主成分とする光硬化性組成物。 - 前記光硬化性組成物において、(A)成分100重量部に対して、(B)成分20〜50重量部、(C)成分20〜50重量部である請求項1に記載の光硬化性組成物。
- 前記(B)飽和な脂肪族エラストマーが、水添ポリブタジエン、水添ポリイソプレン、ポリイソブチレンから選ばれる重合体の1種または2種以上の混合物である請求項1に記載の光硬化性組成物。
- 前記(D)光重合開始剤が、(D1)光カチオン重合開始剤と(D2)光ラジカル重合開始剤の混合物である請求項1に記載の光硬化性組成物。
- 前記(D1)光カチオン重合開始剤の添加量が1〜10重量%、(D2)光ラジカル重合開始剤の添加量が0.5〜10重量%の割合で含まれる請求項4に記載の光硬化性組成物。
- 前記(D2)光ラジカル重合開始剤が、開裂型光ラジカル重合開始剤である請求項4に記載の光硬化性組成物。
