Abstract

【課題】経管栄養カテーテル内腔の汚染、悪臭、感染などの軽減法の提供。
【解決手段】１．胃管カテーテルの栄養液注入後（毎食後）の注入溶液０．１％〜２％酢酸溶液５〜１５ｍｌ使用する。２．注入溶液、注入器の滅菌消毒し、透明なカバーで覆う。３．注入溶液、注入器の１回限りの使い捨てとする。４．胃管カテール接続アダプターは、注射回路のジョイントに接続不可能なアダプターとする。

Description

本発明は、経管栄養カテーテルの栄養液注入後、現状では白湯、お茶などが注入されています。
その方法では、経管栄養カテーテル内腔の汚染、悪臭、感染などの問題点が見られるので、それらの問題点を解決するため、０．１％〜２％位の酢酸溶液を経管栄養カテーテルから注入しカテーテル内腔に貯留させるする事により静菌効果がえられる。その静菌効果により、経管栄養カテーテル内腔の汚染、悪臭、感染が軽減できる。

発明が解決しょうとする課題
経管栄養カテーテル挿入患者さんの経管栄養カテーテルから０．１％〜２％位の酢酸溶液を注入しカテーテル内腔に貯留させるする事により経管栄養カテーテル内腔の汚染、悪臭、感染予防する。
経管栄養カテーテル挿入患者さんの介護者の労力を軽減する。
経管栄養カテーテルの栄養液注入後の、注入溶液の準備操作不備による病原菌の混入を予防する。
課題を解決するための手段
注入溶液（０．１〜２％位の酢酸）使用する。
注入溶液、注入器の滅菌消毒する。
注入溶液、注入器の１回限りの使い捨てとする。
注入溶液が間違って他の部位に注入されないため注入先の安全対策を行う。
経管栄養カテーテルに栄養液注入後の注入溶液０．１％〜２％位の酢酸溶液５〜１５ｍｌ位使用する。
注入溶液、注入器の滅菌消毒し、透明なカバーで覆う。
注入溶液、注入器の１回限りの使い捨てとする。
経管栄養カテール接続アダプターは、注射回路のジョイントに接続不可能なアダプターとする。

Claims (3)

  1. 経管栄養カテーテルの栄養液注入後の経管栄養カテーテル内腔に貯留させる注入溶液、注入基本液（０．１％〜２％位の酢酸溶液）５〜１５ｍｌ位使用する。
  2. 注入溶液を注入器に充填後滅菌消毒し透明なカバーで覆う。
  3. 注入溶液、注入器の１回限りの使い捨てとする。
