Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の導光板は、入射面、出射面及び反射面を含み、該出射面に規則的に配列する第一V型マイクロ構造が設けられ、該反射面に該第一V型マイクロ構造に対して垂直する複数の第二V型マイクロ構造が設けられ、該複数の第二V型マイクロ構造は、形状が同じで、入射面との距離が大きいほど配列密度、及び寸法が大きい。本発明の導光板と側光源を組み合わせると、従来技術の背光モジュールを代替でき、出射角度を上手に制御し、且つ輝度の均一性が高く、エネルギー損失が低いという長所を有する。

Claims (15)
- 入射面、出射面及び反射面を含み、該反射面に規則的に配列する複数の第一V型マイクロ構造を備え、該反射面に該複数の第一V型マイクロ構造の方向に対して垂直する第二V型マイクロ構造を備え、且つ該複数の第二V型マイクロ構造は、形状が同じで、入射面との距離が大きいほど配列密度及び寸法が大きいことを特徴とする導光板。
- 前記導光板は、平板型構造であり、ポリ炭酸エステル、ポリメタクリル酸メチルなどの普通の合成樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導光板。
- 前記導光板は平板型或は楔型を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導光板。
- 前記第二V型マイクロ構造は高さが等しい細長凸型構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導光板。
- 前記第二V型マイクロ構造は二つの底角、及び一つの頂角θ3を有し、該底角のうちの一方が70〜90度、他方の底角が15〜50度、頂角が40〜95度であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導光板。
- 前記第一V型マイクロ構造の頂角は70〜120度であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導光板。
- 前記第一V型マイクロ構造の高さは0〜200μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導光板。
- 前記入射面に規則的に配列する第三V型マイクロ構造を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導光板。
- 前記第三V型マイクロ構造は縦方向及び水平方向に沿って配列する第三V型マイクロ構造を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の導光板。
- 前記第三V型マイクロ構造の頂角は70〜120度であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の導光板。
- 前記第三V型マイクロ構造の高さは0〜200μmであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の導光板。
- 前記反射面に反射膜を備えることを特徴とする請求項に記載1の導光板。
- 更に三つの側面を含み、該三つの側面に反射膜をめっきする請求項に記載1の導光板。
- 前記反射膜は金属膜或は非金属膜を含むことを特徴とする請求項12或は13のいずれかに記載の導光板。
- 前記金属膜はアルミニウム膜及び銀膜を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の導光板。
