Abstract
【解決手段】 深冷媒体を導く真空断熱構造のパイプ管路用のカップリング装置。連結プラグ及び対応した連結ソケットを備え、連結状態では連結プラグ側の管路端末パイプが分離面を越えて連結ソケット内に進入し、連結プラグと連結ソケットには分離面に隣接して各1つずつの球形回転開閉栓が内蔵されている。連結プラグSと連結ソケットDは連結時に係合する軸方向スライド可能な鎖錠筒7、8を有し、鎖錠筒7、8はスライドピン9、10で付属の球形回転開閉栓4、5と連結され、鎖錠筒7、8のスライド時には球形回転開閉栓4、5がスライドピンにより閉位置と開位置の間で回動される。

Description
・連結とその解除にはプラグ・ソケット間の相対的な軸方向運動のみで足り、この運動を起こすには、機械式、空圧式又は液圧式の駆動手段を利用することができる。
・単純で頑丈な構造であり、従って寿命が長い。
・可動部材はすべて鎖錠筒の内部に配置することができ、従って汚染に強い。
・原則的に歯車機構が不要であるので低騒音で機能する。
・スライド可能な鎖錠筒により連結時には万一の汚れが押しのけられるので汚れに強い。
・鎖条筒、スライドピン及び球形回転開閉栓の間の機械式結合によって優れた機能性と動作の再現性が得られる。
・各部材が軸心に関して回転対称の構造であり、プラグ側とソケット側との間のあらゆる径方向角度位置において連結過程を確実に果たすことができ、従って連結が成功するか否かは操作員の熟練やセンサ装置及び補給ロボットの厳密な制御に左右されない。
・各部材が軸心に関して回転対称の単純な構造であるので、一般的な数値制御工作機械で容易に連続生産できる。

Claims (7)
- 一系統又は複数系統の深冷媒体を導くために設けられる真空断熱構造のパイプ管路又はホース管路用のカップリング装置であって、単心又は多心管路に対して深冷媒体の供給又は取り出しを行う単心又は多心連結プラグ及びこの連結プラグに対応した連結ソケットを備え、連結状態においては連結プラグ内に軸方向相対移動可能に設けられたプラグ側管路端末パイプがプラグソケット間分離面を越えて連結ソケット内に進入し、連結プラグと連結ソケットのそれぞれには分離面に隣接して貫通穴を有する各1つずつの球形回転開閉栓が内蔵されている深冷媒体用カップリング装置において、
連結プラグ(S)と連結ソケット(D)が軸方向にスライド可能に支承された各1つずつの鎖錠筒(7、8)を有し、
これらの鎖錠筒(7、8)は連結プラグ(S)と連結ソケット(D)を連結したときに係合し、
各鎖錠筒(7、8)がそれぞれスライドピン(9、10)によってそれぞれに付属する球形回転開閉栓(4、5)と連結され、これらのスライドピンにより鎖錠筒(7、8)のスライド時に球形回転開閉栓(4、5)が閉位置から開位置へ或いはその逆へと回動されるように構成されていることを特徴とする深冷媒体用カップリング装置。 - 鎖錠筒(7、8)がプラグ側管路端末パイプ(3)と同軸配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカップリング装置。
- 少なくともプラグ側鎖錠筒(7)が空圧、液圧及び/又は機械式駆動手段、特に軸方向駆動手段によってスライド可能であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のカップリング装置。
- プラグ側管路端末パイプが空圧、液圧及び/又は機械式駆動手段によって移動可能であり、プラグ側鎖錠筒(7)の駆動手段とプラグ側管路端末パイプ(3)の駆動手段が個別又は共通の駆動機構として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のカップリング装置。
- ソケット側鎖錠筒(8)が付属の球形回転開閉栓(5)をばね力によって閉位置に復帰させる押しばね機構を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のカップリング装置。
- 両鎖錠筒(7、8)同士がコレットチャック式、セグメント式及び/又はスナップ式の鎖錠部(12)により相互結合可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のカップリング装置。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の真空断熱形パイプ管路又はホース管路用カップリング装置の車両用燃料補給用カップリング装置、特に液体水素及び/又は液化天然ガス自動車用の燃料補給用カップリング装置としての使用。
