Abstract

Claims (11)
- ターボ機械の中空ブレード(1)のための一次部品(26)を製造する方法であって、2つの端部間に初期厚み(e”、E)を備える管状壁部を有するリング(30)から、2つの端部間の壁部を切断することによって、一次部品(26)のブランク(28)を切断することを含み、ブランクが、このように2つの端部部分の間の壁部セグメント(42)から切断され、且つブランクの厚みが、初期厚みである、方法。
- ブランクまたは壁部セグメント(28、42)を平坦化することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 壁部セグメント(42)の2つの端部部分間の厚みに、壁部セグメント(42)の切り抜きを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 壁部セグメント(42)の2つの端部部分間の厚みに、壁部セグメント(42)の複数の切り抜きを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。

- 転造によるリング(30)の製造を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 基部(2)およびエアフォイル(4)を備えるターボ機械のための中空ブレード(1)を製造する方法であって、
・ 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法を用いて、少なくとも2つの外部一次部品(26)を作る工程と、
・ ブレードプリフォーム(14)を作るべく2つの一次外部部品を溶接する拡散接合工程とを含み、ブレードプリフォームは、エアフォイル部分(18)と基部部分(16)とを備える、方法。 - 2つの外部部品(26)の拡散接合組み立て工程に、前記プリフォーム(14)にガス圧を印加して超塑性成形することによる膨張処理が続く、請求項7に記載の製造方法。
- 第3の一次支持部品の製造を含み、プリフォーム(14)が、一次支持部品を取り囲む2つの外部一次部品(26)から構成される、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- ターボ機械の中空ブレード(1)の製造のための、円筒状リング(30)の使用。
- ターボ機械の中空ブレード(1)のための一次部品(26)を製造するための、円筒状転造技術の使用。
