プリフォームのエアフォイルプロファイリングする段階と、
ガス圧と超塑性成形によるエアフォイルプロファイリングプリフォームの張出し成形の段階とが続く。

Claims (4)
- 根元(2)とロータブレード(4)とを備えているタービンエンジン用の中空ブレード(1)の製造方法であって、前記方法は、ロータブレード部分(18)と根元部分(16)とを有するチタンからなるブレードプリフォーム(14)の形成段階を含み、ブレードプリフォーム(14)の形成段階は、該ブレードプリフォームが、共に積層されかつ拡散接合される少なくとも2つの部分(30、32)からなるユニット(28)を備えるように実行され、該ユニット(28)が、ブレードプリフォーム(14)の根元部分(16)を構成しておらず、前記ブレードプリフォーム(14)の形成段階が、
ブレードプリフォーム(14)の前記ロータブレード部分(18)を単独で形成するように、共に積層されかつ拡散接合される少なくとも2つの部分(30、32)からなる前記ユニット(28)を形成する作業と、
ブレードプリフォーム(14)の前記根元部分(16)全体を形成するための追加要素(34)を形成する作業と、
前記ブレードプリフォーム(14)を得るために、前記ユニット(28)に追加要素(34)を組み合わせる作業とを含むことを特徴とする、製造方法。 - 前記ユニット(28)への追加要素(34)の組み合わせ作業は、線形摩擦接合および摩擦攪拌接合からなるグループから選択された技術を使用して実現されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- ブレードプリフォーム(14)の製造段階に、
前記プリフォーム(14)をエアフォイルプロファイリングする段階と、
前記エアフォイルプロファイリングプリフォーム(14)をガス圧および超塑性成形によって張出し成形させる段階とが続くことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の製造方法。 - プリフォーム(14)の前記根元部分(16)を全体的に形成するための追加要素(34)が、押出しによって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
