Abstract
【解決手段】ルツボ1に直接発熱体3を加工し、直接加熱による加熱効率を向上した。また、高周波インバータと高周波絶縁トランスを使用することにより、小型軽量化と商用3相入力から単相出力に変換でき、1本の発熱体でルツボを加熱できるようになり、電気配線の単純化が可能となった。また高周波絶縁トランスにより、漏電の心配がなくなるとともに、高周波インバータのPWM制御(パルス巾制御)によるリニアな電力制御が可能となった。

図1において1はルツボであり、断熱材2によって支えられると共に発熱体3の熱を外部に逃がさない様にルツボの外側を全面被っている。

Claims (2)
- 電力を使用した、金属溶解ルツボにおいて、ルツボの外壁に直接発熱体を加工し、その外側を断熱材で被って、加熱効率を高めた金属溶解ルツボ。
- 高周波インバータを使用して、高周波による加熱電力を得る事と、高周波絶縁トランスによるルツボ直接加熱時の漏電防止、高周波インバータによる高周波電力制御を利用した温度調節。
