Description
図1は、本発明の誘導加熱装置に係る第1の実施形態の誘導加熱コイルの形状を示す図である。また、図2は、図1に示した誘導加熱コイルを用いてツバ付シャフトを加熱する場合の配置形態の例を示す図である。以下に示す実施形態では主に、ツバ付シャフト60のツバ部62とシャフト部64のように、熱容量の異なる(厚みが異なる)部材を同時に加熱する例について説明する。
Claims (5)
- コイル断面を三角形とした2つの誘導加熱コイルを、いずれか1つの辺を基準として線対称となるように配置すると共に両者の間に間隙を設け、前記間隙には少なくとも対向する辺と同じ長さを有する磁性体を配置したことを特徴とする誘導加熱装置。
- 前記2つの誘導加熱コイルに対する投入電力を個別に制御する電力制御ユニットを備え、
前記三角形の辺のうち、他の誘導加熱コイルと対向しない辺であって、線対称な位置関係にある1つの辺をそれぞれ加熱対象部材に対向させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の誘導加熱装置。 - 前記誘導加熱コイルの表面に絶縁加工を施し、前記加熱対象物に対向させた辺で構成されるコイル面以外のコイル面を覆うように磁性体を配置したことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の誘導加熱装置。
- 前記2つの誘導加熱コイルのうちのいずれか一方を前記加熱対象物に近接させるように、前記対向する辺に沿ってスライドさせたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1に記載の誘導加熱装置。
- 前記電力制御ユニットには、前記2つの誘導加熱コイルに供給する電流波形の位相をずらし、前記加熱対象部材において前記2つの誘導加熱コイルからの磁束が重畳する部位で前記加熱対象部材の加熱に寄与する磁束を相殺、または一部相殺するように、インバータからの出力電流の位相を制御する電力・位相調整手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1に記載の誘導加熱装置。
