Abstract
【解決手段】耐高温酸化特性を有する金属筒体1の一端に、それよりも加工性のよい金属筒体2を突合せ溶接し、その加工性のよい金属筒体2を、その自由端側から上記耐高温酸化特性を有する金属筒体1の内面側もしくは外面側に順次反転させて内外二重の筒体を製造することを特徴とする。上記の耐高温酸化特性を有する金属筒体1としては、例えば耐熱温度が900℃以上のステンレス鋼材を、また上記の加工性のよい金属筒体2としては、例えば伸び率が45%以上のステンレス鋼材を、それぞれ用いる。

Claims (2)
- 耐高温酸化特性を有する金属筒体の一端に、それよりも加工性のよい金属筒体を突合せ溶接し、その加工性のよい金属筒体を、その自由端側から上記耐高温酸化特性を有する金属筒体の内面側もしくは外面側に順次反転させて内外二重の筒体を製造することを特徴とする内外二重筒体の製造方法。
- 前記の耐高温酸化特性を有する金属筒体として、耐熱温度が900℃以上のステンレス鋼材を、また前記の加工性のよい金属筒体として、伸び率が45%以上のステンレス鋼材を、それぞれ用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の内外二重筒体の製造方法。
