Abstract
【解決手段】てんぷばねは、エリンバなどの、弾性トルクを有する、伸長度、温度および磁場の変化に対して非感受性または概ね非感受性の第1材料で作られたコイル3および外側湾曲部2を備える第1アセンブリと、機械的特性、および前記内側湾曲部4をてんぷばねの同心拡張に沿って最も有利な外形にする形状性によって基本的に選択された、グロースマン湾曲部14などの第2材料で作られた内側湾曲部を特に備える、第1アセンブリに固定された第2アセンブリとから形成され、前記第2アセンブリは、コレット5も備えることができる。

Claims (7)
- 外側湾曲部(2)がてんぷコック(12)に固定され、てんぷばね(1)の内側湾曲部(4)が固定されたてん真(11)が回転する、ばねてんぷ調整デバイス用の自動補償てんぷばね(1)であって、弾性トルクを有し、伸長度、温度、磁場の変化に対して非感受性または概ね非感受性の第1材料で作られたコイル(3)と外側湾曲部(2)とを含む第1アセンブリと、前記内側湾曲部(4)を、てんぷばねの同心拡張のために最も有利な外形に整形しやすくする機械的特性から基本的に選択された第2材料で作られた内側湾曲部(4)を特に含む第2アセンブリとによって形成されることを特徴とする自動補償てんぷばね(1)。
- 内側湾曲部(4)がグロースマン湾曲部(14)の外形を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のてんぷばね。
- 第2アセンブリが、てん真(11)に固定する、内側湾曲部(4)と一体であるコレット(5)も含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のてんぷばね。
- 第1アセンブリがエリンバ・タイプの合金であり、第2アセンブリの材料が、ニッケル燐合金などのように、基本的に機械的特性と形状性によって選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のてんぷばね。
- 第1アセンブリと第2アセンブリが、レーザ溶接点(9)によって固定されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のてんぷばね。
- 鋳型がLIGA方法によって、第2アセンブリの必要な外形に対応して形成され、第2材料が、金属または合金のガルバニック成長によって前記鋳型に加えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のてんぷばねの第2アセンブリを製造する方法。
- 内側湾曲部(4)とコレット(5)を備える第2アセンブリの必要な外形に対応する鋳型が、LIGA方法によって形成され、第2材料がガルバニック成長によって前記鋳型に加えられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のてんぷばねの第2アセンブリを製造する方法。
