Abstract
【解決手段】連結用軸受10は、第一の固定装置と第二の固定装置を含んで構成され、当該固定装置が振動遮断体として形成されたエラストマー12を介して機械的に連結され、第一の固定装置が、エラストマー12の中央を長手方向に延びる収容スリーブ14として形成され、第二の固定装置が、収容スリーブ14に対してほぼ垂直に設けられた固定フランジ16として形成され、固定フランジ16の内側領域がエラストマー12内にあり、固定フランジ16の外側領域がエラストマー12の外部に突出する、少なくとも2つの機素を弾性接続する連結用軸受10であって、エラストマー12の下部に、収容スリーブ14とほぼ平行で且つ連結用軸受の所定の高さまで延びる径方向の溝部20が形成されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (11)
- 第一の固定装置と第二の固定装置を含んで構成され、当該固定装置が振動遮断体として形成されたエラストマー(12)を介して機械的に連結され、前記第一の固定装置が、前記エラストマー(12)の中央を長手方向に延びる収容スリーブ(14)として形成され、前記第二の固定装置が、前記収容スリーブ(14)に対してほぼ垂直に設けられた固定フランジ(16)として形成され、前記固定フランジ(16)の内側領域がエラストマー(12)内にあり、前記固定フランジ(16)の外側領域がエラストマー(12)の外部に突出する、少なくとも2つの機素を弾性接続する連結用軸受(10)であって、
前記エラストマー(12)の下部に、前記収容スリーブ(14)とほぼ平行で且つ前記連結用軸受の所定の高さまで延びる径方向の溝部(20)が形成されていることを特徴とする連結用軸受(10)。 - 前記エラストマー(12)の上端には、外径が前記エラストマー(12)の外径とほぼ一致し、内径が前記連結用軸受(10)の上端における前記収容スリーブ(14)の外径とほぼ一致するディスク(18)が設けられる請求項1に記載の連結用軸受(10)。
- 前記ディスク(18)と前記収容スリーブ(14)とは、前記連結用軸受(10)を取り付けた状態で、前記ディスク(18)が前記収容スリーブ(14)に係合するように構成されている請求項2に記載の連結用軸受(10)。
- 前記ディスク(18)と収容スリーブ(14)とが、一つの部材で形成されている請求項2に記載の連結用軸受(10)。
- 前記ディスク(18)と収容スリーブ(14)は、負荷を受けた場合、前記ディスク(18)が固定フランジ(16)において補強支持されるように形成されている請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の連結用軸受(10)。
- 前記ディスク(18)の外径が固定フランジ(16)のボア径より大きい請求項5に記載の連結用軸受(10)。
- 前記径方向の溝部(20)が、前記収容スリーブ(14)に隣接して延びている請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の連結用軸受(10)。
- 前記収容スリーブ(14)が、上部において、円錐形状を有する請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の連結用軸受(10)。
- 前記固定フランジ(16)が、ほぼ矩形形状に形成され、内側ボアを含んで構成される請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の連結用軸受(10)。
- 前記固定フランジ(16)の外側領域に、固定用孔(22)が設けられている請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の連結用軸受(10)。
- 前記エラストマー(12)は、好適には、前記固定フランジ(16)を設ける部分および/または前記連結用軸受(10)の下部領域で、ビード状に形成される請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の連結用軸受(10)。
