Abstract

Claims (10)
- 内側レース(62)と、
外側レース(66)と、
前記内側及び外側レース間に配置された複数の転動体(70)と、
前記外側レースに結合されたセンサ組立体(100)と、
を含み、
前記センサ組立体が、少なくとも1つの温度センサ(104)と少なくとも1つの音響センサ(102)とを含む、
ロータ(64)用ベアリング組立体(60)。 - 前記ベアリング組立体が、高DNボールベアリングを含み、ここで、Dはベアリング直径でありまたNは毎分回転数で表したベアリング作動速度である、請求項1記載のベアリング組立体(60)。
- 前記ベアリング組立体がスラストベアリングを含む、請求項1記載のベアリング組立体(60)。
- 前記外側レース(66)の第1の側面(132)に結合された少なくとも3つのセンサ組立体(100)と前記外側レースの対向する第2の側面(134)に結合された少なくとも3つのセンサ組立体とをさらに含み、前記センサ組立体が、前記外側レース第1及び第2の側面の外周部の周りにほぼ等間隔で配置されるようになっている、請求項1記載のベアリング組立体(60)。
- 前記温度センサ(104)が各々、スラストベアリング荷重方向を判定するために利用される信号を出力するように構成されている、請求項4記載のベアリング組立体(60)。
- 前記センサ組立体(100)が、ベアリング荷重、ベアリング速度、ベアリング潤滑油タイプ、ベアリング潤滑油量及びベアリング温度の少なくとも1つを判定するために利用される信号を出力するように構成されている、請求項1記載のベアリング組立体(60)。
- 前記センサ組立体(100)が、ベアリングミスアラインメント及び不均一ベアリング荷重分布の少なくとも1つを判定するために利用される信号を出力するように構成されている、請求項1記載のベアリング組立体(60)。
