Claims (2)
- ゴム弾性材から成る膜(2)によって閉じられるサンプルボトル(1)内に標本流体サンプルを移すための注入ニードルであって、
前記注入ニードル(4)が、ニードルポイント(8)を備える筒状内壁(6)と、前記ニードルポイント(8)から離間して少なくともその一部分に沿って前記内壁(6)を同心状に包囲するとともに該内壁から径方向に離間し、かつ、前記ニードルポイントに面するその端部において、前記内壁(6)に封止状態に係合する円錐状テーパ部分(12)を有する筒状外壁(10)とを備え、前記外壁(10)が、長手方向に離間する穴(14,16)を有することを特徴とする注入ニードル。 - ゴム弾性材から成る膜(2)によって閉じられる開口部を有するサンプルボトル(1)内に流体源から標本流体サンプルを移すための方法であって、
請求項1に記載の注入ニードル(4)によって前記流体源から流体を前記サンプルボトル(1)に注入することによって行われる方法であり、前記注入ニードル(4)を、前記膜(2)を通して、この膜(2)の貫通部分が前記外壁に形成された前記離間穴(14,16)の間において前記ニードルの前記外壁(10)に封止状態に係合するレベルにまで前記サンプルボトル(1)に挿入することによって、対象流体源から流体が前記サンプルボトル(1)に注入され、これにより、最初、前記ボトルに注入される前記流体の一部が、前記膜の内側において前記外壁の前記穴(14)を通って、前記ニードル(4)の前記内壁と外壁との間の環状部に流れこみ、次いで、前記膜の外側において前記外壁の前記穴(16)を通って流出することを特徴とする方法。
