Abstract

"MéTODO PARA TRANSFERIR UMA AMOSTRA DE FLUIDO REPRESENTATIVA DESDE UMA FONTE DE FLUIDO PRESSURIZADO PARA DENTRO DE UM FRASCO DE AMOSTRA". é revelada uma agulha de injeção, particularmente para transferir uma amostra de fluido representativa para dentro de um frasco de amostra (1) que é fechada por meio de uma membrana (2) feita de um material elástico como borracha. A agulha compreende uma parede interna tubular (6) tendo uma ponta de agulha (8), e uma parede externa tubular (10) que envolve concentricamente e é radialmente espaçada da parede interna 6) pelo menos ao longo de uma porção da mesma distante da ponta de agulha (8) e, em sua extremidade voltada para a ponta de agulha, tendo uma porção que se adelgaça conicamente (12) que engata de maneira selante na parede interna (6). A parede externa (10) é provida com pelo menos dois orifícios (14, 16) longitudinalmente espaçadas da agulha. Quando do uso da agulha de injeção para a finalidade acima, fluido é injetado no frasco de amostra (1) a partir de uma fonte de fluido de interesse, por meio da inserção da agulha de injeção no frasco de amostra através da membrana até um nível no qual a porção penetrada da membrana engata de maneira selante na parede externa (10) da agulha entre os orifícios espaçados (14, 16) na parede externa, de modo que inicialmente algum do fluido que é injetado no frasco é permitido fluir para dentro do espaço anular entre as paredes interna e externa da agulha (4), através do orifício (14) da parede externa no interior da membrana, e, daí, para fora através do orifício (16) da parede externa no exterior da membrana.
