Claims (13)
- 軽量化コンクリート製造用の顆粒状PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)からなる骨材。
- 顆粒がフレーク状の骨材形態である請求項1に記載の骨材。
- フレークがリサイクルPETボトルから作られている請求項2に記載の骨材。
- 砂で被覆された請求項1に記載の骨材。
- 下記工程を含む請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の骨材の製造方法:
a)PET原料をフレーク化する工程;
b)次いでフレーク状PETを熱的および機械的プロセスにかけて、フレーク状骨材を形成する工程。 - 下記工程を含む請求項1〜3のいずれか記載の骨材の製造方法:
a)PET原料をフレーク化する工程;
b)次いでフレーク状PETを熱的および機械的プロセスにかけて、フレーク状骨材を形成する工程;
c)フレーク状PET骨材を砂で被覆する工程。 - 下記工程を含む請求項6に記載の骨材の製造方法:
a)フレーク状PETを供給する工程;
b)フレークを通気炉に入れ、250〜260℃に加熱し、振動および回転の機械的運動を作用させ、フレーク状骨材を得る工程;
c)工程(b)からのフレーク状集合体を圧縮して、顆粒状PETを得る工程。 - 下記工程を含む請求項7記載の骨材の製造方法
a)フレーク状PETを供給する工程;
b)フレークを通気炉に入れ、250〜260℃に加熱し、振動および回転の機械的運動を作用させ、フレーク状骨材を得る工程;
c)工程(b)からのフレーク状骨材を圧縮して、顆粒状PETを得る工程;
d)顆粒状PETの表面を発炎させ、砂上にそれを転がして、被覆顆粒状PETの骨材を得る工程。 - 請求項7または8の製造方法で得られるPET骨材。
- 建築業界における構造用または非構造用コンクリートあるいは材料を製造するためのPET骨材の使用。
- 砂で被覆されたPET骨材の請求項10記載の使用
- 請求項1〜4および9のいずれかに記載のPET骨材を含む建築業界用軽量化コンクリートまたは材料。
- 構造用または非構造用コンクリート、自己圧縮性コンクリートおよび熱および音を遮断するための充填物である請求項12に記載の建築業界用コンクリートまたは材料。
