j)製品とユーザとの相互作用を高めるためにアルファベット(全ての国々)の文字をより小さな各粘着性マットに組み込む斬新な利用法、及び発光及び蛍光剤を斬新に組み込むこと。
k)ユーザと製品との相互作用を更に増すために、スピーカ、バッテリ及びソーラパネルを粘着性マットに組み込む工夫に富んだ方法。
l)マーケティングの潜在的利益を向上させるために、注入成形工程における一体挿入により、ホログラム等の視覚的に「動く」二次元イメージを組み込む新規な利用法。
Claims (22)
- プラスチック材料から形成されたマット装置であって、前記マットの表面の一部又は全体が接着性を有することを特徴とするマット装置。
- ポリウレタンゲルから形成され、本質的に粘着性の表面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマット装置。
- 前記マットは、一面側に接着性の表面を含み、反対側の面に物品と嵌合するように適合された一又は複数の保持形状を含むことを特徴とする上記いずれかのクレームに記載のマット装置。
- 前記保持形状は、CDの中心のスピンドルホールの中を通って延び、保持するように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のマット装置。
- 前記マット装置にイメージが組み込まれることを特徴とする上記いずれかのクレームに記載のマット装置。
- 前記イメージは別個の構成要素に形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のマット装置。
- 前記イメージ要素は、前記マットの一方の面に形成された相補形状の凹部に保持されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のマット装置。
- 前記イメージは、ホログラフィック又はその他の見る角度を変えることで動きがシミュレートされる「動くイメージ」形式のものであることを特徴とする請求項5から請求項7のいずれかに記載のマット装置。
