Abstract
Description
凹部が、下側ハウジング部品の外壁及び上側ハウジング部品の内壁に設けられる。2つの凹部は、2つのハウジング部品が所与の回転位置にあるとき、互いに向かい合って位置する。
カウンタのスピンドルに取り付けられているスライダと協働するプッシュロッドにより、ブロック要素はその休止位置から離脱してブロック装置の作動後に占める位置に動く。
これは、小型機器に適している。
これは、互いにオーバーラップするハウジング部品相互間に配置され、その使用位置ではユーザには接近できない器具内に配置される。
これは、組立てが容易である。
予備応力を加えられた板ばねを比較的僅かな力でその吸息位置に押し込んだり又はこれから引き出すことができる。
互いに対する2つのハウジング部品の回転は、元々下側ハウジング部品の壁の凹部内に位置していたブロック要素が両方の凹部内に同時に位置するとすぐに直接ブロックされる。
図1及び図3では、ブロック装置は、休止位置で示されている。ブロック要素は、その休止位置にあり、下側ハウジング部品の壁に設けられた凹部内に位置しているに過ぎない。図2及び図4は、作動状態にあるブロック装置を示している。ブロック要素は動かされてその休止位置から離脱しており、2つのハウジング部品の壁の両方の凹部内に位置している。
Claims (9)
- 作動ばね及びシリンダ内で動くことができるよう設けられたピストンを収容しているばね伝達部材を備えた係止−応力印加機構を有する器具のブロック装置であって、これら構成要素が上側ハウジング部品及び下側ハウジング部品から成る2部品構成のハウジング内に収納され、2部品が互いに対して回転自在に設けられ、2つのハウジング部品を互いに対して手動で回転させることによりスクリュースラスト歯車によって作動ばねに張力が加えられ、2つのハウジング部品を互いに対して回転させると、それと同時に機械式カウンタが作動され、機械式カウンタがねじ山付きスピンドル及びスライダを有し、ねじ山付きスピンドルが下側ハウジング部品の壁内に設けられ、スライダが互いに対する2つのハウジング部品の回転の回数に応じた量だけスピンドルに沿って動かされるブロック装置において、
凹部が下側ハウジング部品の外壁及び上側ハウジング部品の内壁に設けられ、
2つの凹部は、2つのハウジング部品が一定の回転位置にあるとき、互いに向かい合って位置し、
可動ブロック要素が設けられ、この可動ブロック要素は、当初だけ下側ハウジング部品の凹部内に位置し、
ブロック要素を動かすプッシュロッドが設けられ、このプッシュロッドは、カウンタのスピンドルに嵌まっているスライダと協働することを特徴とするブロック装置。 - プッシュロッドは、スライダに取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のブロック装置。
- プッシュロッドは、ブロック要素に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のブロック装置。
- プッシュロッドは、カウンタのスピンドルの延長部として構成され、スピドルは、軸方向に動くことができるように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のブロック装置。
- ブロック要素は、軸方向に動くことができることを特徴とする請求項1記載のブロック装置。
- ブロック要素は、予備応力が加えられた板ばねであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のブロック装置。
- ブロック要素は、2つの脚部を備えている予備応力が加えられた板ばねであり、好ましくは金属で作られることを特徴とする請求項1又は6記載のブロック装置。
- 治療上活性の物質の入った液体を噴霧してエーロゾルを生じさせる小型化構造の高圧噴霧器の作動をブロックする請求項1記載のブロック装置の用途。
- 治療上活性の物質の入った液体を動物又はヒトの組織中に注射する小型化構造の針無し注射器の作動をブロックする請求項1記載のブロック装置の用途。
